The worse Sephora hands down!!! The workers don’t know anything and instead of saying they aren’t sure they just lie to get you out the store. I’ve been told several times that they don’t have certain items because they have been discontinued only to purchase them at a different location. I’ve also been told that certain rewards were not accepted when I’ve used them in the past. Also they are ALWAYS out of stock on items for months at a time.

We went here in hopes to find a specific brand of cosmetics when we were assisted by Pamela, who was amazing she was superb at matching our shades. We really recommend that you come over here to Sephora to get your shade matched by Pamela.!!!!

That tall girl with glasses and who likes to try and have a blaccent shouldn’t work in customer service. Idk what her position is I think she’s a manager or something or a leader but she is so rude and on top of that I overheard her talking about another associates to a customer … I wouldn’t want her working for me is all I’m saying.

The worst service I have ever seen the lady was very mean and gave me and my daughter attitude, they also were out of so many products I couldn’t find everything that i wanted I dont like writing bad reviews about people but i felt like i had too 0/10, definitely would not recommend going to this store

I was very disappointed on how the sales associate treated me when I tried returning my items. First she told me because I have no receipt or the box I can not return. I had to call the original store I bought it from to find out if there was way which I already knew there was. I went back into Sephora found the same girl her response was well she’s busy I am going to have to wait or I can go to the store where I bought it!!! I called the manager and store manager of kohl’s. They were wonderful and tried there best but because they were are not familiar with Sephora so they were not able to. When does anyone tell a customer go to the other store to return?? She doesn’t belong in that store and shouldn’t treat anyone like that. Short Hispanic girl blonde highlights dark skin. People like her don’t belong in customer service.

Heads up beauties!If you order online you CAN NOT return at this store because it is inside Kohls and not independent on its own.(Huge disappointment, I was just told today.)Other than that, nice location. The few times I’ve stopped by the shelves have been stocked and clean. There was a pretty good variety today and a lot of different sets were available in store.

10/11/21 - Customer service is A++++. I was assisted by Brizelli (I am sure i misspelled that , sorry B). She was terrific - really knows her makeup. Highly recommend!I was there again today -10/18/21 - and Jocelyn was awesome, just as knowledgeable and welcoming as B. Can't wait to try out B's and Jocelyn's recommendations!
