We agreed with them on the specifications of the event, paid a deposit , However upon returning they try to deceive you into paying more by saying some of the details are not included in the price discussed before. And you have to go on with it cause you don't want to lose the deposit.
They should work on leaving a good reputation to customers which will recommend them to others rathar than earning a few hundreds more.
Need basic marketing lessons instead of acting like scammers.

Flowers By Sprinkles is the most talented and creative florist/decorator. They did the floral arrangements and decor for my wedding 2 months ago at Drury Lane! They exceeded all my expectations and I couldn’t be happier! Their work is truly spectacular, they are very meticulous and detail oriented- and it shows in their work. The floral arrangements were so lush and grand. They had so many ideas and are so creative. On top of their beautiful work they are such a pleasure to work with! Truly informative, creative and dependable. If you want stunning floral arrangements and decor- look no further!

Spectacular! There aren’t Enough words to describe the work that flowers by sprinkles did for my sons wedding. They went above and beyond our expectations. Walking in the wedding hall we were all shocked and speechless. Um Yehia and her team are the best out there. They took care of us like family. Extremely professional, great communication and the best quality service. Thank you so much for turning my sons wedding from fantasy to reality ❤️❤️ we will never forget it.

Flowers by Sprinkes is simply amazing! They provided their services 16 years ago for our wedding, and this past weekend they did another phenomenal job at our Daughter's Quinceañera! AJ and his wife are simply the best of the best hand down! I highly recommend their customer service, professionalism, and work, 10 out of 10 - no question! Thank you for making my Daughter's special night a night to remember!

Flowers by Sprinkles is the BEST! They absolutely blew our expectations away. They are easy to work with, responsive, and absolutely go above and beyond to make your vision come to life. From bridal flowers, to centerpieces, to the entrance and photo backdrops - everything was elegant, classy, and beautiful. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The customer service I received was appalling. While inquiring about prices and availability through Instagram, their lack of transparency became evident as they refused to provide clear pricing details.Despite being abroad until March and proposing a Zoom discussion for my vision, they displayed inflexibility by insisting on a $2000 deposit to secure the date, with a requirement for a two-month wait for an in-person meeting.Additionally, throughout the conversation, the individual managing their Instagram, whether the owner or not, maintained a consistently rude and unprofessional demeanor. I shared a video of my venue and some images from my Pinterest vision board, their response was dismissive and frustrating. They insisted solely on images from their instagram, stating " your not looking at my pictures you are looking online. I don't think I can do your wedding for you sorry"It's worth noting that I've read other reviews that highlight the same issues of transparency and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against working with them.

Beautifully arranged fresh flowers! The lady who helped us was quite kind and she suggested yellow roses and white lilies. She also gave us free delivery.

I cannot recommend flowers by sprinkles enough. My wife and I had big dreams and expectations for our wedding venue, and him and his team absolutely exceeded our expectations. He took our vision and made it better than we could ever imagined. Please look no further if you’re looking for a fantastic wedding decorator!

It started as a business conversation and a few weeks later, our relationship turned into that of two good friends. AJ and his team are unparalleled in their art of floral decoration and modern designs. My engagement party was very special to me and moving forward, I know this is without a doubt the only company who will decorate for my wedding also.AJ doesn’t have time to talk a lot.
