Well, what can I say I am a sincerely satisfied and well appreciated customer! Today, I was in need to rent equipment to get my carpet cleaned. The gentleman that assisted me with my rental was cheerful, & professional. His assistance and kindness definitely was definitely top notch service. I'll be back for sure and won't waste my time else where

Went to my neighborhood Home Depot to buy 20 bags of mulch. Ryan O'Connor in the garden dept helped load them into our truck and even refused a tip for helping my husband and I. Great job Ryan!!

First and last time here I was unable to get help from any associate. I went straight to Menard's from here and was helped right away. This is why Menard's will be my GoTo from now on. I even seen an associate on his phone around here

I was about to give my review but before that I read all the reviews for the Chicago Ridge Home Depot location and a quite a few of the reviews were negative. As I read the dates of the reviews it seemed like it was during the beginning of the pandemic years. I think people who gave those negative reviews should have realized what was going on in the world during those times for retailers. Many lost sales, people out of work, businesses not having enough staff to accommodate customers, etc. People need to really think about the circumstances before they throw out negative reviews. Now my review. On June 23rd around 6:30am I made my purchase at the self-service areas as it was just when the store opened and I didn't see any regular registers open which is not unusual. I don't mind going to the self-service stations but sometimes I'm not sure how to use these as all stores, not just Home Depot, are different. A clerk, named Evelyn saw me checking on how to check-out and stepped up to assist me. She was pleasant and assisted me through the process. I appreciated it. Thank you Evelyn for your help.

I'll save everyone a bunch of anguish and strongly recommend that if you are trying to remodel your kitchen or bathroom this is definitely not where you want to go. My order for a "custom" vanity was thoroughly screwed up and I'm still trying to resolve issues with it despite the fact that it was ordered on 7/9/20. The home depot rep wrote down the wrong order number for the countertop... luckily I called the countertop place directly and resolved that myself prior to install. She also failed to call the cabinet company after speaking to her on several occasions about reordering a new drawer since the original was sent and it wouldn't even close. I just received that drawer yesterday 11/6/20 and the order was originally placed on 7/9/20. Now I am trying to get my refund on my Home depot credit card for $630.20 because the countertop measure was incorrect and I was told by the countertop factory that it was issued. The credit card company has no such credit on file. What a horrible experience!!!!!

I was here to return bath tiles. Woman who assisted me had a real bad attitude I was the only one in line and waited 10 minutes just to return one box. Not returning to this Home Depot

I'm at the store in Chicago ridge Illinois, 300 commons drive, employees are wearing masks under their chin, I counted at least ten, they are also letting people in the store with no mask at all. Unless the store manager lives under a rock today is may 1st and masks in public are mandatory. These actions and laziness of the employees here is apart of the problem not the solution.

Horrific. This place is horrific. I ordered counter tops from here and the service of sitting down with a worker was good. Now with that said.. I waited 6 weeks for laminate counters to be delivered. It went longer than that to where I had to call to find out where we were at. Then they finally contacted me about a date. The counters did not fit and they said someone would contact me and they never did. I left 6 messages a day and finally someone called me back to try and reschedule. No sorry no nothing. They came 2 weeks later and they didnt fit again and one part was broke. I finally told the worker he could not leave until I was contacted. I was finally contacted and they took 300 off the price and we rescheduled for 2 weeks again and this time they just didnt show up to install. No call no nothing, just never came like as if I did not exist. I finally went to home depot where they acted like they didnt know what was going on. A manager said he was going to look into it and I had to come back in there and several calls later they tried to upgrade to shitty counters that I would of never picked out. I finally agreed to a upgraded counter and they said they were going to quickly install these. 2 weeks later they set a date and time to come out and the day off they called again and said they were not able to come out. I emailed management with no response back. I then emailed that I was coming to the store to speak with someone and when I got there everyone was gone for the day. I have gone from the beginning of June to now almost the end of october without counters. This means I been without a sink and that means I could not cook because I could not clean dishes. I can not finish my kitchen because I need counters in to do so. I have been so depressed and very stressed that they do not care and they could of did more for me since I have gone 5 months without a kitchen being no fault of mine. I wish I was over exaggerating . What a nightmare and now I wait to see if monday they show up and install the counters.

I am actually a fan of Home Depot, Have two cards with them and buy most of my home materials from them,, BUT, when it comes to ordering appliances and other things from them, their third party delivers.. is now making me shop somewhere else. I had a huge problem when I bought a screen door from Home depot, after the contractor was riding around for two days with my door in their truck and multiple calls he came to install the door and acted like I was an irritant to him, which I had to have someone come and relook at my door later. Now I have bought a stove(granted a week ago) asked for Saturday delivery and then Saturday comes, I have a almost five hour window, 4 hours into waiting and waiting, I called Home Depot that gave me the number to Spirit Logisitics who delivers for them. They said it is still out and they will deliver today. Got a call (So conveniently) around 5:20pm, 10 minutes before the deadline and told me "Sorry the truck broke down, We'll deliver it Tuesday. Well My lightening fast mind is going, okay you only have one truck is there something else that can work, like Monday deliver, cut short, sharp answers, NO Tuesday only sorry, so when I started to disagree, well call Home Depot and cancel the order, sharply speaking to me like Your concerns don't matter so now I had to cancel that order because Home Depot was ready to blame the company or maybe the delivery people told them they didn't have the machine and when she was explaining and I told her they told me they have the stove then it was Oops, now I have to go and find a stove somewhere else before Thanksgiving and hopefully they have a different delivery service that will VALUE ME AS A CUSTOMER.
