THANK YOU RASHEED FOR MAKING SURE MY PROPERTY TAX BILL PAYMENT SENT PRIORITY MAIL/WITH SIGNATURE WAS DELIVERED RECEIVED AND PAID ON TIME. SERVICE WAS IN AND OUT ON VETERANS DAY THAT HAD A LOT TO DO WITH GOOGLE STATING THE OFFICES WERE CLOSED WHEN IT FACT IT WAS ACTUALLY OPENED 11/1O/23 OF LASTS FRIDAY. THANKS AGAIN!!

Bad service bad attitude first we had appointment for passport she call to cancel than we make new appointment than we arrive at 9:55 am she never get us 10:15 until we get back to her than we show her proof notarized she rejected to get other stuff

very bad experience. The Arab employee treated me very bad I think her name is Rasheed something like that She was very mean to me. I had a problem with returning some items When I found the employee was Arab I was happy because I was also Arab. I wanted to explain to her my problem in detail so she could help me, but unfortunately she was very bad to me She shouted at me and blamed me i dont know why i didn't call the police for her she made me feel that I had made her angry i was very shocked She simply can tell me what I have to know in a nice way I am very upset She made me upset the whole day for the bad service she provided she did not even help me She keep saying “I don’t know for everything” they don't deserve a star even ? very bad place

3rd yr. in a row that my vacation mail was not handled properly. Asked woman at counter for my held mail, she came back with 2 pieces. Told her this wasn't right I had 2 weeks of mail. She said that's all there was. Told her no there had to be more. She insisted, without looking again that that's all I had I told her that's impossible, asked her if she was sure, she gave me a dirty look and did not respond. As I was walking out I saw what she handed me wasn't even my address. Went back to her and told her this wasn't even my address. She finally went to look again and returned with a bundle and said it was in the wrong bin. I told her i should have more that i know was mailed the prior week. She didn't look and told me to talk with the manager. This is the 3rd straight yr. and there have been others that this has happened. The CONSISTENT INCOMPETENCY with the people at this location through the years is beyond logical reasoning. It is clear to me that there is no accountability at this location. I have been a union worker all my life and support all unions but they should be able to do the job they are hired to do if not they deserve a pay decrease not increase. I thank the postal service for offering this service but if you offer it then please do it correctly.walking ou

Saturday August 5th around 2pm, the lady with the reddish brown, buzz cut is extremely rude and unprofessional. Had to wait for her to finish a personal call before being helped and then got a year's worth of attitude that should've been reserved for whomever she was arguing with on the phone. Please fire her as she is not fit for customer service.

Unprofessional staff, my degree got stuck & suspended in Canada because of front desk lady she added $1000 to the value even I told her its just a paper copy of my degree! And now Canadian customs want recipient or me to pay duty & fee’s based on her estimated value. Unprofessional as hell!

I came in for my passport renewal. I had all my documents ready. The front lady was very helpful & guided me to each step. Super friendly made my experience super smooth. I’ve been to other locations where I had terrible experiences & this location by far is the best one! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

The workers are fine. My rating is more for the lack there of. I visit in the evening since I work all day and there is always one employee and the door to the drop off package window is never open. I can understand during the holidays due to the amount of items being shipped, but the rest of the year? What is supposed to be a 30 second drop off with a prepaid labeled package always turns into a 15-30 minute wait in line. No drop off, and one employee.

My package was not scanned as it should have been and after multiple calls to several postal offices all I was told was sometimes packages are not scanned and just loaded on trucks so therefore there’s a chance packages are never found. I was also informed that if the package is not insured then you cannot file a claim. Very poor customer service and their own protocol was not fill that each package should be scanned before leaving the facility.

My Package was marked as delivered and the mail box was empty, opened a case on Oct 25, 2022, then without warning got email from Supv Customer Service Support Oct 27,2022 saying problem was solved, called them right away the supervisor said maybe the package was misplaced, so okay if the package was misplaced or the carrier steal it why I got email says the issue was marked as resolved?!

I don't quite understand all the poor reviews. I regularly go there to send books and buy stamps but I had no problems with the staff. The service was kind of slow during covid when only one person could come in at a time but that was no one's fault.
