I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Eric Reyes at Verizon Wireless for his exceptional service. My older parents needed new phones, and unfortunately, I couldn't be there to assist them. However, Eric stepped in and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough, ensuring that my parents understood everything about their new devices. Even though I wasn't there in person, Eric communicated with me over the phone, keeping me updated and addressing all of our concerns. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. My family and I will definitely follow Eric to any location he works at in the future. My husband and I have visited this Verizon store on several occasions for various concerns. Each time, we have had the pleasure of interacting with different representatives, and each experience has been positive. Today, we were fortunate to be assisted by Jasper. His professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. Should the need arise for us to revisit the store, we shall ensure that we patiently await Jasper's assistance.

Eddie, Christopher A and Ismael were very knowledgeable, hardworking and patient in the process of me deciding on a new phone and with transferring the files from my old android phone to a new iPhone. The rest of the store staff seemed helpful and hardworking as well. I highly recommend this Verizon store. Good luck to me learning how to use this iPhone!?!

Bad customer service, employees don’t want to put the effort to help and always ask you to talk to customer service instead of resolving the problem.

Ismael spent 1 1/2 hours fixing a problem someone else at Verizon created by transposing numbers. Ismael is conscientious and customer service oriented. Verizon business office and phone problem solvers could not do it after at least 30 phone call. Ismael is the best!!

I came to this branch to transfer my number to Verizon. I explained to the staff that I want to transfer my number, but in the end they charged me $130 and gave me a new number. I came again and asked for a refund, since my number was not transferred and no one could reach me. They declined my request . The staff has absolutely no knowledge of their responsibilities and is negligent in dealing with customers.
