I purchased contacts dd not like them and the manager refused to replace them or give a refund. I purchased eyeglasses too had to contact them to find out they were there for at least a week and no one contacted me. When I arrived to pick them up the store was closed because the customer service personnel were late. I will not return to this company, if they were the only company around. I rather get two magnifying glass from Dollar Tree tape them in the middle with electrical tape and wear them as over sized eyewear.

I have been a satisfied customer in the past, not this time. The optometrist is great, the service not so much. The workers seemed more interested in drinking their coffee and chatting than helping me. When it came to paying, the person handling my purchase gave it to another person. What I didn't realize until I reviewed the bill at home is I was way overcharged. They overcharged me by $400 telling me my insurance had a large deductible which it did not. I called my vision insurance and it seems they are billing for what they think you will need to pay and not what the actual bill will be after insurance pays. I will be going back and asking for a refund and re billing. UPDATE: I went back to the store to ask for the difference between what I was billed and what my insurance said Vision works submitted which was over $450 dollars. I had three employees yell at me they weren't authorized to help me which I do not understand. I then called their corporate office and was told I had to wait up to 14 days for them to review and maybe return my money. Do not go here or to any vision works, it is too hard to get your money back if they overcharge.

Crystal & Kimberly were absolutely amazing. Their customer service was exceptional! Adrianna & Timothy dispensed my glasses and they were also wonderful. I will definitely be back!!

They made me completely wrong glasses that I found out on pickup, had to make and come for another appointment and now I have to drive there for the third time to pick up new pair .Asked them to ship it for me because I'm not close and they declinedHours waisted , Little respect for customer time.

The front desk ladies were super sweet and helpful, did not have an attitude when I came in for 'information'. That made me want to not miss the opportunity of me being in the area- so I went ahead and made an appointment. They were fast and to the point at intake. And the doctor was so thoroughly and made sure I was at ease the whole appointment, made me laugh too. Everyone said bye when I left too. Never do reviews but I had to for the girls! Loved it!

All the associates working on 2.4.24 after 4 pm. were very professional, took time out to assist me in selecting the best pair if glasses for my face, answered all my questions and I had many for the Doctor. Very patient and understanding group of professionals to ensure customer satisfaction in care, knowledgeability, resources and best avenues where warranted. A+++++

Kimberly and Crystal made our experience the best. I went in to get my son new glasses and they were helpful and patient with us during the process. They were also able to manage the store while checking in on everyone. Great job ladies and thank you again for the excellent service.

Service over the phone is horrible the machine doesn't understand anything you say and when it transfer you it's a busy signal then hangs up.

Very bad customer service!! I came in to pick up glasses for my daughter. The lady with dyed hair was being passive aggressive and gave me so much unnecessary attitude while the boy with glasses just watched. He looked like he was new, and lost. The manager needs to train them better and those kids need common knowledge.
