I had the worst experience with one of the workers. I wanted to return a shirt and hat, she told me the shirt had a deodorant mark so it couldn’t be returned because I had worn it. I can honestly say I didn’t wear it out, I tried it on once and I use spray deodorant which doesn’t smear so it was most likely already that way when I purchased it. Anywho she kept accusing me of wearing it which I thought was terrible customer service. On top of it she wouldn’t let me return my hat and gave me no reason as to WHY. I went to orland and they took both my returns back. This lady honestly just didn’t feel like doing her job, she was rude to me, rude to my mother. I wish I had gotten her name. I’ll never go to that Windsor again because of her, her manners and customer service was awful. No apology, took one quick look in my bag and practically threw it back at me before I could ask questions or explain anything and NOBODY was behind me waiting. I hope she gets talked to.

I had the same experience as the other reviews on here . I was walking around looking for dresses when one of the girls who works here almost ran into me, didn’t even bother saying excuse me, she looked at me up and down and rolled her eyes at me. When I got to the cash register the same girl came up to ring me up. Attitude and unprofessional from the start. I tried to doing an exchange and the girl was very rude and she kept talking very low I could not even hear what she was saying. She didn’t let me return the dress. She took a long time examining the dress trying to find something just so I won’t be able to return it.

I want to say I’m truly shocked how they don’t have good customer service. I shop frequent with this brand and especially in this location because it’s closer to my house. I made an online order on September 16 and it arrived on September 23. I changed my mind I needed for an even that got canceled so I didn’t bothered trying it on. I decided to return it next day. This sales associate (Aptos is her last name) with an attitude told me that it was worn when first of all the tags were still attached and didn’t bother trying it on.She did not showed me where it was damaged and I didn’t want to cause a commotion at the store so I just told her okay. She told me that it was a one time occasion she will do an online return. I still bought two items (top and skirt)that I needed for another occasion on the same day I returned the online order. I tried on the item at store and went I home I realize I had a similar skirt so I wanted to return it. My boyfriend did me the favor to do the return for me. The same sales associate assisted him with attitude and deny the return saying I wore it and there’s damages. He even asked her to show him where’s the damage but there was no damage. The tag was still attached. She kept arguing I worn it. But realistic if I wore it you would see the tag stained or wrinkled. Not only that, before I bought why didn’t she checked if there was damages and sold it to me like that. I have been in this location before and they have items out in the floor that are actually damaged. For crying out loud I work in retail! In the end he went to another location and they gladly did the return. I know how return policies work and I would never return an item that I wore or damaged. Tags were still attached. Honestly this is the first time this happened and would say this is the rudest store. Sounds like they shouldn’t be in the business of customer service when they’re are always going to be rude!

Tried to return an item and they said it can not be returned because it has signs of wear. The item was never worn, had no damages, still had the tag and yet my return was still denied. Their policy makes no sense because people will try things on at the store all the time, not buy and they will happily sell you that same product. They have the right to completely deny your refund because of what they deem to be "signs of wear", which clearly can be completely made up.
Literally when to another store for the return and they were more than happy to accept it
Makes no sense and they give you the worst attitude.

That’s the place closer for me to go and buy dresses for special occasions. However, I have gone there like 5 times this year and there is a lady with such bad attitude this 5 times I have gone. Always making faces.This last time I went, I got out of the fitting room and saw many dresses hanging I thought I could find one in there. I asked the lady who let me in the fitting room If i could look for any dresses hanging there that people leave because they don’t want them, she said ofc go ahead so nice. Then the lady with bad attitude gets there and tells the girl to leave and As I was looking through, the lady got them all even though she saw me looking at them. She didn’t even said excúseme or anything I think that was pretty rude from her. I could tell the nice girl felt bad bc of how she told her to go fix the rest of the dresses so she could be letting people in the fitting rooms.Also you ask her to get you something down and she does it with bad attitude. Aside of clothing being expensive, they she still treats costumers with attitude like if we were getting things for free! She should work somewhere where costumer service is not required ??♀️

I bought a blouse with a small rip on the side I noticed it and came to Chicago ridge to return it they said since I’d purchased it at orland park I’d have to go return it there, like what????! Aren’t you the same store!, and brand it doesn’t make sense but she was very condescending attitud3e, I left confused and with a blouse I bought the day before that I can’t wear since it’s damaged but again I won’t be shopping at Windsor

Omg I was just there, and this girl who work there, it was my first time been in this store, I was buying my daughter a Dress and ask kindly for a shoes size and wondering a shoe size for my daughter and she was very very very very very very Rude with us, I was shock and didn’t want to make it worse saying something back to her, She look so angry with a nasty look, besides I bough a dress she was nasty, please Store manager change people who really wants to be with costumers and help people with questions , Nasty nasty attitude, I will never ever came back and see her nasty face looking angry at us, because the way we look or why she was talking like that to us,

I went to try to change a pair of pants but I didn't have the receipt because I lost it even though it had a label and everything that was from that store. I know I didn't buy it there but in other stores they could do it I feel like changing it wouldn't work. There is a problem but the manager (that's what she said it was) told me I couldn't do it but I told her I was just going to change it, not come back but she told me you can't, but in a rude tone if she had told me the way more attentive but the rudeness of her response or way of saying things for me was not good as she was starting her day, as a manager we have to be attentive and cordial even if we are bad, let's not take out our bad mood on them.

Employees aren't very friendly or helpful. Came in for shoes and they don't have anywhere to sit and try them on. I was told I have to wait in line to find shoes in my size?? They also do t have any options for plus sized people. Maybe hire some more employees to help, 2 people isn't enough. Mom dad and me is a better store with nicer people

Staff was rude any day I went. You can't even try on the shoes not even 5 minutes walking back n forth they claimed I was shopping in them. Their return policy is a joke. Was rushed the whole time of trying to buy a pair of heels.
