“On May 1, I went into Zumiez and it was about five minutes before closing and the two gentlemen that were in there were extremely helpful especially Kazar. I want to say that that was his name they were closing in about 23 minutes and he checked us out quickly and even help my daughter lace, her shoes up in the pair of shoes that I bought. They were extremely helpful nice kind and very inviting I would recommend the store 10 out of 10 especially the gentleman that was really helpful with my daughter. I really want to say his name is Kazar, but I will be sending the video that I made to their corporate office. I appreciate all that this team do thank you”

“I was looking for an outfit for my birthDAY trip and I found the perfect outfit in Torrid. Although on location didn't have my size the Northriverside location did. The best thing was when I walked into the store, there was this cute little dress that I had to have and they had my size!!! I left with 2 birthDAY out fits and I was able use my birthday discount and a store promotion...my birthDAY trip to Houston was perfect!!!
Honestly, my pictures don't do any justice for this outfit, the pants were breezy, flowing and light and the top has a tie-front, SUPER CUTE!!! I was comfy on it the whole day, on my flight going & coming back. I took my jacket off at the bar be fore dinner. Can't wait to wear it again. Torrid for the WIN on this one.”

“One of my packages got lost and the girl that spoke to me on the phone on 8/23/23 around 5:30pm was the sweetest girl ever! She truly seemed concerned about my issue, and took several measures to try to help me and kept apologizing and sympathized. Best customer service I’ve gotten in a while! Usually I’m used to hearing “sorry just call customer service” But this girl, and there was another girl that helped afterwards were so so helpful.”
“I love shopping here at this specific Victoria’s Secret/ Pink but especially VS. L’Sean (idk if im spelling right) has not only become a friendly store associate to me but a real friend to me my mother and 2 sisters. She has been making our shopping experience amazing and personalized for literal YEARS. She is knowledgeable, experienced, fast, and professional. “Guadalupe Cantu is my favorite employee at this store. Lupe has the best personality and is very fun to be around. “?? Hey fellow Google Mappers! ☺️ I’ve been to this Ross location so many times and found so many good deals. Friendly staff, great inventory, & prices you just can’t beat. I’ve been to other Ross locations and I’d have to say this is my favorite one.
⭐️ Customer Service: The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I always get greeted when I walk in and it feels nice. Keep up the amazing work! From time to time, I’ll have returns and the associates are always patient with me whether it’s me trying to find the paper receipt on my pocket or purse. The line to check out tends to be really long on the weekend, so I’d suggest maybe at least 2-3 cashiers on the register on the weekends at least to reduce the waiting time in line and a smooth & fast checkout experience.
? Bathroom: The bathroom is located in the back of the store. To use the bathroom, you have to notify the security or an associate since the door is locked by a pin pad. I’m assuming this is to prevent someone from stealing which is good, but interesting that the Marshalls in the same plaza isn’t locked.
? Merchandise: This Ross location has great inventory. I’m not sure how often they restock their merchandise, but I feel like every time I come, I see something new or there’s a different set up especially if a holiday is coming up like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc. they have a dedicated seasonal section where they have items based on the season. I have a pair of UGG boots, Nike shoes, Puma shoes, and more from Ross. You can also find some good cologne/perfume here. My boyfriend is plus size and unfortunately their plus size inventory is very limited, so you are definitely better off at Burlington. Kind of random, but they sell Funko pops and DBZ figures.
?️ Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a great shopping experience at Ross at the Chicago Ridge location. The staff are friendly, great inventory, & affordable prices.

“This area has a ton of garments and is in general manner bigger than the one in orland square shopping center. The workers were certainly terrified of stuff being taken as they detailed the number of things and the changing room you went into of each individual to lost avoidance. Their leeway was bargain basement for extremely top notch garments. I will be returning regularly, very happy with what I removed. Dresses are normal, however decent on the off chance that you don't need those high store costs.”

“There was a guy there as cashier, the receipt says either Daniel or Gryphon (sorry I didn’t ask for his name) but there was an incident, not sure if it was actually a gun shot but there was a loud bang that happened and he quickly told everyone in the store to get to the back in the storage room. He made sure everyone was there and reassured us to not worry and everything was fine and went to go see what was happening. He was sweet overall when we were cashing out but especially during that scary time. Then he came to get us and told us we were safe to leave. This was my first time something like that happening but he handled it very well?”
