The historic building was designed in 1929 by renowned architecture firm Holabird and Root and is recognized for its class Art Deco structure. 333 North Michigan is listed on the National Register of Historic Places by the National Park Service and was designated as a Chicago Landmark by the City of Chicago. 333 North Michigan’s location on the corner of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive provides tenants with both convenience and prestige for their brand. The building also boasts some of the city’s most unforgettable views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, and Michigan Avenue. 333 North Michigan recently underwent a $75 million dollar landmark rehabilitation including a full-service amenity floor and newly built tech suites.

Love this architecture. Strong, elegant Art Deco presence that feels confident and timeless. The proportions, detailing, and relationship to the river are beautifully handled, and it stands out without shouting. One of those buildings that rewards slowing down and actually looking up. A real Chicago classic.
