Many thanks Ald. Maria Hadden and her entire staff for being so gracious and responsive when we have questions. From responding to needs with our parkway to answering questions about how we support 49th Ward residents during the holidays, the team is always timely and helpful. We are very appreciative of all the team does.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Staff not helpful at all-even when calling to report illegal activity. The staff doesn’t seem to understand Chicago laws, rules or regulations. They prefer to pass the buck and not take any action. Do not re-elect this alderman!!
