Food and all are great but I had rude customer service interaction with I believe her name is Lupe. I had a couple of items that I put on the counter and wasn’t able to hold everything. I was very close to counter and paying with cash. She rudely says oh can you move to the counter (like hun, I was already there waiting for you). I notice she was quite nice with her regulars but rude to new customers. When I asked for a bag, she gave me the don’t you think I know you needed a bag? Like well ok then.
Management must retrain their employees on how to interact with all customers.

I’m a regular at this 7-11 and usually have no issues, but yesterday around midnight, I walked in and the clerk was straight-up rude and condescending. I didn’t do anything to provoke it—just trying to grab a snack. Maybe he was hangry or something, I don’t know, he’s a bigger guy, but that’s no excuse for treating customers like that. It was uncalled for and left a bad taste.

They *NEVER* answer the telephone. Which is super annoying when you are trying to call them to see if they carry a product or see if it's out of stock.
No matter the time of day - no one picks up once you call the number listed. That's entirely unacceptable for a 24 hour store.

24 hour store but the lady there with the dark makeup will look straight at you after knocking and keep you waiting outside with no help. Also always an attitude when you’re there with workers looking at you with dirty/suspicious stares.

I was there on Thursday your worker looking like Asian muslim lady she was rude and her face like she doesn't want any customer there and without doing work she want's her salary from the boss, my question is that why you guys not hiring new worker for store.

Each time I visit the store to purchase coffee, the overnight clerk shows expectational customer service. She's always kind, professional friendly and a pleasure to come in contact with. I visit the store for my personal needs and primarily to see her.

I was choosing my lunch and one of the african american staff demanded to know why i was just standing there. Even worse, there was a police officer right next to me. Embarrassed, I ignored her and exited the store.
