I’m literally picking up an order, knocking as hard as I can and the guy inside is looking at me and ignoring me, standing in the cold and then he finally opened me and I asked what time do you close and he said it’s 24 hours , so my question is why are you ignoring me then!! So rude.

Praneeth was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to save me money by explaining that I could swap out my Dr. Pepper for a Coke to get the pizza meal deal. It's rare that someone at a convenience store would take the time to do that. The experience at this store was significantly better than the store I usually visit at Diversey/Sheffield.

I was taken for my first time coffee and I used the wrong coffee machine, the seller ran up and started raising his voice at me, I explained to him that I did not know that I needed to use another machine ( but still why that machine is at the counter for use?), I wet one glass and decided to take another, he started shouting because I was wasting their glasses and I couldn't do that, it was terrible and I just had to leave the store because he was acting crazy

The guy working there lied to me that I would get $5 off for joining the membership program. Was not a good liar either once it rang up and he only could say it worked for the last guy sorry. And couldn't cancel it for me told me I would have to unsubscribe myself.
