This store is always a pleasant stop, especially when the long haired hispanic guy is there. He's very polite, helpful, and quick, which makes shopping here easy It’s nice to be welcomed with a smile every time!

The workers suck except Kesha, and Loretta, they are amazing everyone else is not doing a good job. They refuse to make fresh food at night when that was never a problem. The problem is they hired lazy people.
This review is long over due because it really gets disappointing to go and ask for something that I know they can do for me but refuse because they are lazy . I really don't shop there anymore until they change up those workers. There's no point in going anymore.
It used to be a pleasure to shop there but with those workers ,I'll pass and take my money to another place.

I have been stopping by this 7-11 for months after work around 12:30-1a and getting the same thing. I have never had an issue till tonight. Usually it’s just the long haired guy who is always super nice but tonight there was a tall guy with dreads in a ponytail that has never been there when I’ve come before and he was the nastiest person I have encountered. He was literally yelling in a way I would never do at my job.
He dropped my food and said it was going to have to be remade but that there was other orders in front of mine for the oven. I was in a rush so I asked how long and he was mad I asked, I then asked if we could just cancel it rather than making another, and then he got crazy defensive. I just tried to see if there was anyway to cancel and he just kept yelling at me for 5 minutes about the oven, I would just lose my money if I left, saying I was disrespecting him and he was about to go off, i kept saying we didn’t have to interact I would just wait for the food and he just kept yelling no we do have to because he was being disrespected. It just was unnecessary. It was not my fault he dropped the food, I understood that making more would take time so that’s why I inquired about canceling. After having enough of his yelling, I just decided to leave and I was just going to submit online for a refund. I haven’t had an issue before but this is the first night he has been there and will avoid it if he is there. I will do my best to never have to go there again, I mean there are plenty of 7-11s in the city. This one is not worth your time.

The cashier person was prejudice against me because i look Mexican and would not sale me liquor did not vave my I,D and i know that law is if you look of 27 you shouldn't be carded one hour before i was sald by another cashier and so for that experience i wouldn't go back

Came in on a Wednesday and the guy working hot foods wasn’t trying to help me so I had to ask the other person working with the long hair to help me and he was super sweet while the other guy was on his phone ignoring customers

I went in there tonight, (Christmas Eve), and it was very busy with pick up orders and a line of people waiting to be checked out, and the guy working all by himself didn’t break a sweat as he handled all the customers and delivery drivers like a pro, and he also managed to be super friendly and helpful despite how busy he was. I didn’t get his name but he deserves a promotion for keeping the show together and for stellar customer service.

I order delivery all the time. They rarely get it right. Today, I received 2 regular cokes instead of 2 coke zeroes. Another time, they forgot my smokes, after downloading the required info. It's always something. You would think they would be more accurate since you know where every item is, you stock it!

This particular 7 eleven is ok, depending on who works the counter. Some employees are always nice and polite (ladies), some are not (one guy). I believe customer service should always be on point. After all, I'm a customer coming in to spend money. Don't give me attitude, boy...
