Today I went to buy 3 drinks and I paid cash, with a $100. Shocked to see this guy trying to swindle me saying I paid $30.
People be careful with these 711 people, they know some people don’t pay attention to their receipts. Then comes another man realizing I caught their scam…… I was calm but so mad how these people try to steal my hard earned money day light. I doubt I will ever go back to buy from them again.
Just pay attention to your receipts with 711

the store down the street on halsted is so friendly - went in today around 11:30 and stood at the register for about five minutes, making eye contact with the cashier the entire time, before he would come and check me out. then he came and i asked for a bag three times, but he didnt hear me because he was watching something on his phone. it wasnt until i refused to leave the register without the bag that he finally gave it to me. reaffirmed my decision that the one on halsted & roscoe is the best location in the city

I would give no stars if I could. The service is terrible. Needs to close this location. I brought a drink and the man asked the cashier what am I'm waiting for and I said Cta and they let old lady stand in store all the time but you have a problem with paying customers 👎

Never order through Uber eats, they intentionally give you the wrong product and do not notify you. I have had this happen 3 times. If you are ordering anything specific, do not trust them to send the correct item. If you don’t care and will take whatever they put in the bag, you’re okay I guess.

Few years ago you wouldn't say this the same 7- 11i use to come in and people say hi and be friendly but the staff now you can tell don't even want to be their I don't know what change but we need a friendly store
Getting watched like I'm stealing I know of the regulars that don't come no more that's including me I will be started at while I looking through your items

I stopped at this location at two in the afternoon to pick up a few gift cards for a friends birthday. The clerk refused to serve me for no reason. I said them on the counter and he said no I won’t sell you gift cards. I’m definitely not homeless and was dressed very nicely. He didn’t even let me pull out my method of payment so it’s not because I was using a credit card. He just said nope I refuse to sell gift cards. I’ve never in my life been refused service for no reason. Why have gift cards in store if you won’t sell them.

Had coffee before from other places, but the two times I got from here, it was the worst ?. Sour, and the creamer was off. I told the cashier working, and they didn't even react. Sell something that is good, or don't sell it at all.
