there it is a robbery buy some beer and grapes to be 26dll and I see my account and they charged me 37 I go to report them so that they close that store it is a robbery and when there are festivals I will add the prices go up

Every time I come here its just unpleasant. Workers are slow, lifeless and have a bad attitude. Card reader fails every time I tap my card.Bad vibes all around, their employees can do so much better, the other halsted location runs miles on this place.Corporate management needs to step in, glad to know I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Went there at 5:15am on a Saturday morning with my partner bc maps and their site said they are open 24/7. Door was locked but the guy working was in there and told us "one minute" then went to the back. I can understand being on the cautious side at the super early/late hours so we waited outside. He came back then said "15 minutes we open at 5:30am on Sundays". We let him know the website said 24/7 and he repeated 5:30 on Sundays, so we also tried to make it clear that it was definitely Saturday and not Sunday. He wasn't trying to hear anything and just kept repeating 5:30 on Sundays. We really wanted some snacks so decided to just wait and not even two minutes later a white man walked up and was immediately let in. I am black and my partner is Indian so we did take some offense, but tried not to think too much into it. We went in and the guy working was rude the entire time. We just left without buying anything but were completely baffled by the experience and were walking slowly back to his place (he lives nearby). The other customer who was let in before us came out and caught up to us and told us that the guy was consistently "a prick" but he goes there often before opening up his own business nearby. Either update your hours to reflect when you are open or honor the hours you have posted, not for some customers but for all customers.

It is not open 24 hours!!! So annoying to have a 7-eleven that closes early. Not cool. False advertising.

The former owners were charming and kept the store impeccable with fresh coffee. The store is absolutely filthy now and I would not dream of buying a food item there... occasionally I'll get a lot of lottery ticket but the machines usually broken.

Most of the customers come from the neighborhood there, which, of course, is a very desirable circumstance. However, this business is not of the local community and area, and the owner wanted to "investigate" my original review describing this 7-Eleven as a "very neighborhood-oriented business." But it is not. Avoid this store. They do not share your values.

The people who work at this location are extremely rude! They seemed bothered and annoyed when you ask them a question. I Asked a simple question about a product that had no description or signage and the male employee answered me with a annoyed tone. I ended just walking out and not buying anything. Won’t be going back to this location and will also be contacting corporate.

It’s d*** to close it from it 12-4am cst for “cleaning.” That seems like the perfect time to have open since people want snacks. What business model is this for a big city

this is my second review because I can’t get over the fact that this clerk/ manager is so rude! I went to get a cup of coffee there and he told me not ready yet but there was 4 full pots of coffee right there. He said I’m cleaning and refused me service. Corporate needs to come down on this place!!

I went in here and there were no prices on anything only barcodes and they said you had to scan to find out the prices because everything was changing so fast they couldn't keep up with the changing prices.

The older worker working during the night on April 1st, was so rude. He wasn’t able to scan an item so he tried charging me 10$ of what should’ve been around 2$. He was condescending until he walked over, realized I was right, then proceeded to get upset, tell me “buddy, don’t tell me how to do my job” when I told him I’ve paid 2$ for months now. He then told me he was going to change only ME 10$ for that stuff from now on. This was a horrible experience. All my friends told me not to go because of this clerk and now I won’t be going either. I’m already spreading this experience to everyone I know because it was ridiculous.

The people that own/work here are so rude and lack any customer service skills. They have conversations and/or ignore you when it’s your turn to check out. I just don’t get it.

Horrible employees. They sold me a pack of papers that were damaged and I couldn't tell till I got home. I went back and they didn't want to swap them out till I started calling corporate. Then they told me we don't want you ask a f****** customer.
