Parking entrapment. The parking lot was barricaded except for a small area which was full of four cars. One of those was a fellow with a fake badge, a boot, and a credit card reader. I wonder if 7/11 cares what their franchises do with their name?

My wallet was stolen and used in this store. When I turned to them, they didn't help in any way

The cashier today accused customers whose English didn't meet his standards of "faking it" because they'd "been here long enough ". Looking at all the negative reviews, it would seem that is the norm here.

Greedy and very poor customer service.Went in to grab a bottle of water $2.50, a packaged salad and chicken wings for late night snack. The lady at the cash clearly scanned the items and I watched as the price on the screen kept jumping around while she edited the quantities and prices of the items!??She was charging me $15 for the $2.50 bottle of water. I caught that and noticed she has Quantity 5 for the water. She changed it back to 1 and then multiplied the quantity of the chicken wings. $35 for 5 dry chicken wings? She argued that was the right price and was absolutely incredulous when I kept pointing out the errors. I asked her to take it off and walked out with my $2.50 bottle of water.I figure she thought I was either stupid or drunk.NEVER go here.

They need to stop saying that they’re 24 hours, because they never are. Go try and shop anywhere between 1 AM and 5 AM, and there’s a better than decent chance it is going to be closed. Door locked, lights on and you see an employee standing in plain sight. Sometimes doing absolutely nothing, other times stocking the shelves or even mopping. Looks at you through the window, sometimes acknowledges you, yet other times pretends not to even see you. Clearly they’re not 24 hours as advertised. So, maybe pick the hours they want to be open for business and post those and then I won’t walk several blocks to make a purchase, only to find the doors locked. But if they want to remain 24 hours then figure out how to stock shelves and mop the floors while your doors are unlocked and customers are in the store… the way thousands of other businesses have figured out how to accomplish.

Worst experience. Come here as a last resort. The guy working the counter is one of the worst rude clerks I have ever met. He will give you his opinion on items you are purchasing and even say you are throwing away money. He’s even bad for it’s own business.

WARNING: THIS IS A POLICE TRAP! there is a Chicago Police Officer who is stationed across the street and his only job is to boot cars in this parking lot as fast as humanly possible. it's always the same guy, he wears a badge but not in traditional uniform. I work across the street and watch this man ruin peoples lives all day everyday. this should be illegal. (notice in google search that the locksmith gets called so often to that location that it is officially linked alongside this store)

Not open 24 hr as advertised. They often close by 2am. Don’t waste your time coming to this “24 hr” establishment

This location is not 24 hrs as advertised. I've been here several times in the early am just to be greeted by a locked door. Sometimes you can catch a staff members attention and get them to unlock the door and let you in but all I wanted was some tissues since it was cold out I went up at 4am to a locked door knocked several times and saw no one. This has also happened around 5am in the past. You'd think in a neighborhood with so much night life they'd actually have their doors open during late hours and also not to mention the fact that they're supposed to be open 24/7.

Morris the store manager is very rude. I live in the neighborhood. I come here every week to deposit money on my card because it is the closest deposit location to me. Today I came to deposit money like I do every Wednesday and Morris had a very nasty attitude. He refused to let me deposit money because he says they are not a financial institution and he doesn't want to deal with the IRS. He told me if I didn't leave he would call the police and have me removed. When I asked for his managers information he refused to give it to me and he claims he owns the store. The other employees said there's nothing they could do because he is the boss. I'm sure he does not own this location and is probably just a store manager. This is very disappointing because I live on the next block and I've been coming here for months. I won't be back

The people who run this establishment are greedy and heartless. They clearly don't care about their patrons or their neighbors. Their parking lot is dreary and a dump but that doesn't stop them from policing it with a guard who'll boot the car of anyone stopping by that doesn't buy one of their stale hot dogs. Seems as if they spend more money on that they do the rest of their store. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Your score is zero. Left the car for 2 minutes to go get food at the Chicago Dinner. They put a boot on the car and asked to pay a $170 fine. They worked very quickly.

"I want to give zero, but I have to give one"Though convenient for a quick pick up of goodies, this store's franchise owner is a bigot. He is an individual who regularly discriminates, profiles, and harrases very specfic peoples.I am neighbor to the establishment and was a regular, till I was "banned" after being racially profiled, accused of stealing A CANDY BAR, AND HAD POLICE CALLED ON ME!The manager saying "There's a black man trespassing and he won't leave" among quite a few other choice words and phrases. (Iykyk) After three squad cars arrive in less than 6mins I'm told to just avoid the old man and file a complaint (corporate has yet to reach out)...So a great place for tidbits if you aren't someone who usually faces racial discrimination. If you are someone like that best to walk in hands up cash/card in hand be quick and don't browse to long. He Will Try Digging In Your Bag or Pockets if he profiles you! This store also has a a quality selection of varied Slush flavors and tasty french style macaroons that are pretty good considering they're from 7/11. Young folk on the night shift are usually pretty cool though they aren't pressed like the owner (who gives very much panini).Purr.

Take “24 hrs” off your website if you’re not gonna be open 24 hours. There’s literally someone here staring at me and it’s not even 1 yet.
