I usually shop at this 7-Eleven weekly, but not anymore. While trying to get a donut, I thought I used a plastic bag to grab it, as I didn’t see tongs or tissue. The clerk screamed at me in front of the whole store, and accused me of using my bare hand. I understand the need for hygiene, but I wish the situation had been handled more calmly. There should be tongs for the donuts.

This is my favorite 7/11. They always have hot food ready, even at night. The staff are nice to everyone, but they treat their regulars extra nice and give perks ;). I usually come at night and it's always good vibes and everything is ready and available. This 7/11 is a lot better than the other one on Clark as well. Definitely stop in.

The worst 7 eleven ever from the history of the 7 eleven. The guy from the hot food was very rude, I was trying to get a cheese taco and he said I can't pick it because it wasn't ready but he was with a bad attitude. I decided to pick something else and I picked a hot dog. When I was ready to pay, the guy from the front was even more rude and mean, why... Because I made a bite of my hot dog before paying. I told him that I'm a cancer patient and I wasn't feeling too well and he yelled at me that I can't do that. I told him that I understand that maybe some people start to eat and don't want to pay but that's not my case. I have an account with 7 eleven and I have money to pay. He didn't have any empathy and kept saying the same thing. At the end I asked him to charge my food and leave to eat my hot dog in peace. Never ever again I'm going to buy something in that terrible 7 eleven. The good news is that is another 7 eleven not too far

The young workers are so rude it's ridiculous. They are to busy dancing and partying within each other that they are so busy to actually work correctly. It was a complete joke , I was so mad when I walked out definitely ruined my mood for the rest of the day .
Please, fire the men that worked on July the 3rd around 2 and 3 pm .
They were so busy dancing looking at the girls outside, when I asked for a bag for my things I had just purchased the guy gave a horrible rude response 🤬 . So disappointed and extremely aggravating, please 711 do better with who you hire .

Okay for basic sodas and snacks. Iced Coffee machine is more often than not empty whenever I pop in. One of the cashiers I regularly see always seems to be in a bad mood and is super rude and makes want to straight up just walk to the one on Clark even though this location is right across from where I live.

This is the best location I’ve been in to in the city. The staff here is so friendly and amazing they work extra hard to keep the neighborhood safe and I feel such good vibes every time. Shoutout to Tommy!!

While visiting Chicago, I've been buying a coffee and the newspaper at this store before dawn every morning. The hearty greeting I have been receiving from the cashier gets my day off to a positive start.

Pretty sure these guys steal points off your rewards account because apparently I've have 1,000 points taken from my account on a couple of occasions early in the morning while I've been sleeping. Hmmmmmm

Spent 30 bucks on lottery tickets,bought the last one of a 5 dollar ticket which I thought the number on the bottom of ticket would be at least 300-400,got home checked the ticket it was 32 so obviously they are selling the tickets backwards to certain people.Will never shop there again.Lottery and coffee was all I ever purchased there but after this..Never again
