I literally come here all the time after my shifts at work and never have a problem, but the one time i am trying to get food after a 14 hour night shift the doors are locked and the employee has his headphones in ignoring everyone ?? i’m hangry and annoyed and i miss the usual guy who works overnights :/ if yall are gonna close for a bit to clean or something make a sign for the door

If I'm not dealing with the pushy guy during the day who constantly makes passes at me and other women (even after stating we are uncomfortable) then its the guy on night shift/early mornings who is extremely rude, bigoted, and seems to start arguments frequently with customers. As others have mentioned here, I've said something and management doesn't seem to care. I find it hard to believe with soooo many people looking for jobs, that employees better equipped for these positions can't be found. Even if management is committed to keeping them on staff, perhaps they should not be client facing/serving.

The cashier was very rude. I came to pick up the drink I had ordered 15 minutes earlier, but the cashier told me to line up again. Only when the drink staff noticed did they immediately give me my drink.

There is someone at this branch whom I came to at 2 AM, and his behavior was disrespectful. He didn’t fulfill my requests and actually yelled in my face, so I responded to him because he was rude.

The guy named Mohammed working at this 7-Eleven seriously needs a lesson in basic manners and customer service. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like he couldn’t care less about helping anyone. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on customers. I’ve never been treated with such attitude over something so simple. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location as long as he’s working there.

Ever since they made the pizza slices bigger and increased the price (at all 7-Elevens), they only serve cheese and it's burnt black on the bottom. I've gotten the new pizza 3-4 times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Unacceptable.
That being said, I've never had a problem with the staff or anything else.

It's a 7-Eleven, so if you've been to a 7-Eleven before, you more or less know what you're getting -- a small selection of convenient products that are going to be a little more expensive than they would be at the supermarket. I am surprised that there's so many negative reviews of the staff, though -- I come here regularly and have found every employee to be friendly and helpful. One of them even complimented my wristwatch the other day.

Dude I just wanted a bag of chips. I thought 7-11 was open 24/7? I guess it’s not. The short guy with glasses got done cleaning and still didn’t open the door, employee should be more vigilant. Didn’t bother to check the door

This overnight guy is terrible has 7 customers standing outiside and literally looking at us and ignores us so when are asking him why we can’t come in he fakes like he his calling the police now I live a block from here I have requests from daughter when I get off work to stop there for her this dude is causing the owner a lot of money with his attitude and on top of that he charged me one night 20$ for 6 wings cause I had begged him to open door so I could get my daughter some wings and he put that 20$ right in his pocket and rushed me out get rid of this dude now
