Used to be 24 hours, now close at 10. What kind of 7Eleven closes at 10? Roller food is NEVER stocked, sandwiches sit in their warmer for 12 hours. Just a really disappointing experience.

My family had a bad experience at this 7-Eleven while visiting Chicago. They purchased a medication and a toothbrush, and the total on the screen was $10.95. When they paid with a $20 bill, the employee claimed they were short. After handing over an additional dollar, they were told that everything was settled.
However, upon reviewing, they noticed that the total charged was $21. They went back to ask about it, and the employee was rude and refused to provide explanations. On another visit, they confirmed that the correct price was indeed $10.95, but when they asked about the person who served them before, they said to come back on another day.
Be cautious when shopping here, as the customer service was lacking, and it seems they take advantage of tourists.

On October 31st I visited this store. Its employees take advantage of tourists. They do not provide a receipt, They charged me double the real price...CHECK YOUR CHANGE When you visit this store.

I was here a few days ago and purchased 2 bottles of smart water, just checked my transactions from my card and it says they charged me $17.50 for 2 bottles of water, only thing is I lost the receipt to prove that it was exactly two waters, scammers.

TLDR - just go anywhere else but here. The price on the shelf was different from the price I was charged. When I told the cashier, she got an attitude and told me I was wrong. When I explained that I was correct by pointing to the display, she said that she was "having a day" and had a line of customers behind me and slammedmy purchase on the counter. (It didn't matter that I too had patiently stood in line.) Anyway, I understand why these are all closing downtown and not that it matters much, but I obviously won't return.

Soo It was about 1am in the morning and I had to buy some pads. This man denied me service saying " we're closed " when obviously there were people in there (hispanic) I told him it was emergency and nothing else is open and I really needed pads. He still wouldn't let me in. After 5 mins of walking around looking for an open convenient store I came back to this one to try again, and when I came back he let someone else in ( hispanic) I was LIVID.. I knocked again on the door explaining I'm a student, showed him my ID and everything. I'm obviously not a threat. He should worried about the migrants that come in there every day stealing and not black people... alone students. He finally let me in and was starring me down as I got my items . Very messed up don't recommend this location.

This place needs to not be allowed to serve food. It’s disgusting inside. Taquitos werent even labeled. Guy was guessing which were which and he was wrong. What if I was allergic to beef? I could have died.

This store usually have nice employees no matter what time of the day it is.. Today i experience one of there newer employees being rude and nasty to a customer. Because the lady told her that she was being over charged the girl name was Angie and she was mexican she had a very nasty attitude with the lady and she also started talking about the lady in spanish to her coworker no respect at all she needs to be removed if not lose her job that was so disrespectful.
