Do not use your debit card here! Their payment terminals are tampered with and have skimmers on them. I was charged twice for a transaction after entering my pin and the cashier tried to tell me it was declined both times. I ended up leaving with the items I purchased and was basically like “screw y’all” while he’s still screaming saying I didn’t pay.
The items in question, I bought a small slurpee for myself and an orange Fanta in a can and a PopTart for the homeless man outside.
Then the ownee was also yelling and screaming at the homeless man when he was getting the items that I paid for for him.
Called Chicago PD non-emergency number to report the fraudulent business activity and the operator was like “Call corporate and your bank.” So they’re just allowing these people to commit fraud?
I ended up calling my bank and dispute the duplicate charge, cancel my debit card and order a new one. Ridiculous!

This location was conveniently located a block from my hotel so I made a few runs to this store for last minute needs.I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. While it’s a typical convenience store, the exceptional service truly stood out. The store was clean, well-organized, and offered everything I needed food and drink wise. There’s no toiletries and other personal care supplies that I was looking for.The excellent customer service alone made it a comfortable and easy pit stop, I came here for coffee and late night snacks, the food was delicious just as the coffee. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by—you’re guaranteed to have a great experience from all the store associates that work here.

“I recently visited the 7-Eleven at 33 E Adams street, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. While it’s a typical convenience store, the exceptional service truly stood out. Website says it’s 24hrs. But it isn’t. I went there today and tried to open the door and was waved off by the man working inside. He said “we are closed”

Guy who works overnights here lied to my face saying that they close at midnight when this is when I've shopped for work food for weeks. And that is after already after he claimed he closed later on in the night. Cant recommend. Walk the other direction to another 7/11 if you need stuff.

Same problem everyone has been describing the night guy is rude and this location is not open 24/7. It would be better if closed altogether. I expect better. 7-11 corporate needs to do something about this location. I was visiting and staying at same hotel a year ago and encountered the same exact problem.

Tiny and looks filthy. Not open 24 hours. I called at 11pm to grab something to bring back to my hotel. It was closed. The attendant was inside and wouldn't let me in. It was weird. I thought maybe you had to buzz in and so i pressed it and he ignored me. Finally he looked at me and shook his head. No 7 Eleven for me. This dude is bad for business.

Not open 24hours I went there at 4 am before my shift at work started and they would not let me in and told me they didn't open untill 6 am

Store on Google maps says this 7/11 is open 24 hours. I got off the train at a out of way stop on my home at 1 am. I got there at 1am and they were closed!!. Change your Google Maps
