I just walked to 3 different 7-11s in the city that all said they were open 24 hours on google. This was the only one that was actually open at 1 am.

Tried to go tonight to buy contact solution and the door was blocked by an employee saying it was closed for five minutes while he was smoking outside. Five minutes later he was still outside blocking the door from other customers.

Loved coming back to Chicago and having this 7-11 by my hotel. Staff is lovely and they are open 22 hours (closed 2-4 am).

Staff was uncomfortably rude. Announcing we had 5 minutes to complete our purchase as he needed to take a s4!t. I’d recommend finding another location.

First off the staff are friendly and hilarious so 5 stars for them.The pricing for simple stuff like chocolate bars are way off. $2.49 for a Crunch bar? 7-11 thinks just because they are in the same building as a fancy hotel they can spike prices by 80-100%? Walk down a block to Walgreens and they charge almost half.

We are from out of town and needed help finding transportation to get us to our hotel! The man who works at this 711 (Mike) was SOOOO kind and went out of his way to help us get a Uber. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service!
