He locked the doors I ask why he say nothing and say he was going to call police this Happened at 3:55 am

Stopped by after midnight to copy a key at the KeyMe Kiosk. Had to wait at the door for a minute becausethe door was closed during cleaning, but staff was prompt about walking from the back to open up once they saw me in the camera feed. Store was clean, well-lit, and staff was friendly! Really appreciate the good chat I had with the cashier on top of meeting my needs for convenience.

The lead manager of this location is great and kind. No complaints, anyone complaining is a bad customer or doesn't understand how convenience stores work. It's a small cramped space near major public transport and tourist attractions and they do their best.

This 7/11 is one of my favorite location to come to! I work downtown Chicago, so the location is a block away from my job. And the employees are alway nice and helpful to me!

The Hispanic employee that works 2nd shift has a smart mouth and rude. I informed him that the chicken wasn’t fresh and it was very hard. He said that I’m the first person that ever said that. I know 100% that’s a lie. If i’m telling you something I meant it. Also, they give you a cash back option and it says other but it doesn’t let you get another amount other than what’s displayed. The atm never works. They say they’re opened 24 hours but after 11pm all the doors are locked and one no is in site.
