I'm only giving this store one star because it's closer to my job but this 7 Eleven on Van Buren sucks to high Heaven, the customer service is lousy and I strongly believe the workers and store owners are prejudice or in fact racist. Every once in a while I would go to this store it's always new mostly bullshit rules you can't bring your own coffee cup bring any bags because they will search it which is absolute bullshit, I came in here not that long ago and I'm asking where are the hotdog buns and find out I had to go to the front counter in order to get one or two hotdogsat first this guy is looking at me like he didn't understand what the hell I was talking about so I got the buns this is ridiculous this one young black woman tells me they do that because people steal you mean black people steal, so I m saying to her they think all blacks are all alike or do they think we all shoplift white people steal too I bet they don't think that way about them, that's why I don't think I I'll spending no more of my hard earned money in this dump of a store which I think will end up closed down one day, Me personally I don't like 7 Eleven the owners and workers seem to have a problem with African Americans in general which is precisely why I will not be coming back to this lousy store again.

The one located at 833 W Van Buren St, Chicago, IL 60607 needed to have the Pepsi fountain drink replaced. Instead of replacing it the white dude with glasses stated it would take a while because it was buried in the back. Absolutely poor customer service and laziness, also what do you mean “buried” in the back.

I went here today to shop and the service couldn't have been worse from the man who served me. A poorly educated person who could reflect the frustration and reluctance he had. One of the worst experiences I have had shopping at a 7 Eleven. Clients do not deserve such hostile and unpleasant treatment. If you don't like your job, at least try to hide it or look for another one.

Don’t understand how a 24hour store is always closed with chains on the door then when i don’t need to go they’re all of a sudden they’re open … just terrible they say 24hours yet i made a blank mission because they’re closed when supposed to be open.

They are very unprofessional, they close when they get ready and open when they get ready they really need a new management because they are very lazy, If you don’t need anything in the middle of the day i advise you toGo to another store .

Thought they were open 24hrs but i just got kicked out early at 11:25pm on a week night. Older man with an accent told me to hurry up they were closing. His demeanor was pretty rude. I told him to update his store hours on Google!

The hours on the door don’t mean nothing to them because they open the store when they want to. I’ve been working in Greek town for five years and I can never get a cup of coffee from 7-Eleven. I have to go all the way to Marianos five blocks farther from my job.??♂️
