This place is a joke it says it opens 24/7 but is not when I got there it is locked and there are other people on infront of the store who though it’s 24/7 , and the worker is inside the store but he just pretends he didn’t see us .
So it will be better to note the website the exact hours , and save other people’s time and also this should be illegal for doing to people.

They say they are 24 hours but they wouldn’t let us in to make purchases at 2. Can you explain that? Don’t post your hours 24/7 if you’re going to close. I will get in touch with corporate.

I recently visited a 7-Eleven and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the store was clean, organized, and made finding items easy. However, the customer service fell short. The store advertised a promotion for any size coffee with a $1 Ice Mountain water, as well as a 60-cent small coffee deal, but neither were honored at checkout. When I inquired about the deals, the staff brushed me aside twice, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. While I appreciated the tidy layout, better customer service and respecting promotions would significantly improve the overall experience.

Not 24 hours. They lock the door and ignore you. I had to knock hard on the windows because the cashier was pretending I wasn't trying to get in only for him to shake his head when I asked if he was open. I called and he said they are closed 12am-5am

Not 24/7 if it’s after midnight don’t waste your time the employees will lock the door and pretend they don’t see you at the door

Some nights the employees only let ONE person in at a time. Not even one group at a time, like I couldn’t go in with my friend. There is usually a line to wait and get in. And sometimes they will just be in there but wont let you in for a while. I have seen countless potential customers leave due to this.

Walk to diffrent one on Wabash or sumn Item was wrongly priced on shelf and I thought it was less and then I was tryna look for something to swap it with or like pay difrence and return and first thing was a 4 dollar protien bar I thought would be less and didn’t show price and then I asked did protein drink that had more protien have the 2/6 deal and then he told me to leave and wouldn’t let me get refund and said it was cuz I asked him he price of stuff and I don’t like being treated like thief when they could just properly show price when they actually have a theif problem to worry about not me and I had got a coffee to swap it for. Just so rude to actual customers. They have powder creamer tho so I like that for coffee so thanks :) I strongly feel it’s cuz im black cuz I was really nice even tho he started being mean and I’m wearing leather pants with jacket with very small broken pockets so how would I steal 2 big drinks with you locking the door?!?
