They always close even though they're open 24/7 which is why I go to the one on Higgins and Austin if you're looking for a 711 that one is always open.

Stop advertising that you’re 24 hours. It’s never open past midnight. Sometimes 11. If you’re going to keep people away from their mail, you shouldn’t voluntarily be an Amazon pick up location.

If i i could give negative stars i would . why has this place been falsely advertising their hours for years? i always remember having this issue with this store . And all 7 eleven is going to say is “your local 7 eleven is sorry to hear about your experience” if you were sorry then you would take your $4billion net worth and open the store OR stop falsely advertising “open 24 hours” how can you make $4billion but don’t know how to update hours? or don’t know that your terrible managers and employees are keeping the store closed with all the lights on and everything ? the people who run and work these stores obviously don’t care about the franchise , and it shows when you see all the employees on their phone the whole day and don’t even acknowledge customers. embarrassing. can’t even get a morning coffee or energy drink because i leave at 5am for work and your subpar workers don’t want to work until 6am or can’t get a late night snack past 10pm because again your workers don’t want to work.

I ended up paying $20 for this. He wasn't able to speak English e plian why I'm paying so much for it because the sodas were on a deal. Then I want to grab 2 Reese's cup you'll try to charge me $8 When they were buy1 for 3.49$ and get 1 for 1$ And when I didn't want it. He had me put it back like it's supposed to be my jobAnd another thing I have the rewards program and every time I spend money here and I put my rewards account. It seems that my points don't go up no matter how much money I spend. This is bad business practice

This place didn't have a lot in comparison to the usual 7-Eleven's I go to. So the extra large slurpee cup where on a section that displayed 1.99 as the price. I physically asked him if it was the right price which he responded with a yes. Then after paying for my purchase I noticed the total was off so I asked him for my receipt which is his job to ask me if I want one or not. I saw I was charged a different price for the slurpee. He got annoyed because I told him about it.I also asked him for some snacks that I couldn't find and he wasn't helpful.

Supposed to be 24 hours, but always closed when I go there (after walking a mile each way, no less). Beyond frustrating. Unreliable.

Clean, stocked and organized. Always have fresh coffee and a wide variety of snacks, hot foods, ice cream, pop, tea, etc.. employees aren't very friendly, never offer a hello or a thank you. It's to be expected from these types of people that come to the U.S...they have ZERO interest in providing customer service in the way that we Americans expect.Parking out front of the store is minimal, however because this location is in an outdoor mini mall you can still find parking, just not very convenient for an in & out type of experience. There are other shopping options such as O'Reilly Auto Parts, Dollar Tree, T-mobile, a Chinese Food restaurant, a currency exchange, a window and door store and Ellys Restaurant. Its location is minutes from Jefferson Park Metra/RTA/CTA and conveniently right off the expressway.

Terrible experience working here. The owner “doshi” had a 13 year old slaving away at multiple locations. I believe they are collecting social security numbers to launder checks for themselves. They barely clean anything in there and if you really look there may be expired items. You just gotta catch them before “inspections” arrive. I was mentally abused to perform into perfection while the owner was too lazy to teach me anything. I worked diligently all while “Raju” an employee proceeded to aid doshi in his plans to make me want to quit. They have a frequency of new employees Every few months or so because of the bosses coercive mistreatment. I was kind and willing to work with everyone 100 percent effort and he took advantage of that. As well as his other employees and network of individuals that are associated with him with their subtle threats of exploitation. Every night I would get nitpicked from the cameras. It started to feel uncomfortable but I needed to save money to move out of my moms. I was transparent about my situation and they took Advantage of that. I felt resentful for this mistreatment and gave customers free items. And because of that he never gave me my last check for a weeks worth of work. I worked 70 hours a week 10 hours a day. Some days I would work 13 hours. I was really starting to build a wonderful relationship with all the customers. But I had it with the mistreatment. Send in my tax papers. You have been avoiding my calls and I had enough.
