They are supposed to be open 24 hours and at this moment 3:00 a.m. in the morning they are closed until 4:20

I was testing all the slurpee flavors and the employee came up to me and told me to get out of the store. Every each individual one was like sugar water. A slurpee Shouldn't be a watery texture And when I told him he told me that's how it's supposed to be.

The staff is very rude and inconsiderate. Didn’t feel welcomed and was hurriedly rushed out and barely given time to collect my items. I don’t care that’s rude and I noticed the cashier didn’t rush anyone else out but me. When I was waiting in line, everyone was else given time to collect their items and was not rushed off the counter. That does make a customer feel welcomed and the cashier should work on improving their customer service skills. 0/10 experience don’t waste your time and money here. You would think a place surrounded by other restaurants and stores would have good customer service just because customers can go somewhere else if service is bad and the loss of business but they don’t.

Since the new management took over it's gone down hill, the staff argued saying I did not know which lid to use because they were not stocked, I miss the previous staff who were nice and friendly saying good morning to everyone.

I been going to this 7/11 for YEARS. I went and stopped by today with my bf and I to grab some snacks. And come to find out they have new owners! We seen two new employees. And they didn't greet us. No hi nothing. I liked the old employees better they made customers feel more welcomed and were so nice! They had music playing A good vibe. It really felt like a place to be. They helped when ever I had issues. And where always so nice. I really hope the new owner didn't replace all the good workers there!!

Got off the Blue Line train on my way home to buy a gift card. The guy behind the counter said he can't load gift cards because his supervisor was not in. Why is this so? This was a big waste of time for me & unprofessional move for this 7/11

The lady with the blonde hair is very rude , doesn't assist the customers and always has an attitude and never accommodates any of the customers... The manager is very accommodating but wasn't in today. It wasn't any pizza but a few slices when we arrived at approximately 11:30am.

I don’t know what happened to the staff but they changed and they aren’t friendly or courteous at all, like is it too much for the 2 night guys to return a friendly greeting?
