I work in the area. This is the worst 7/11 in Chicago I've been to so far, and that's saying a lot, considering I've been to some around the city in WAY worse shape. The people at this one talk to you like they're getting ready to swing at you. I'm not the one underpaying you and I speak to you as little as possible, don't treat me like that.

No matter the time of day or night, whenever I come in this place, I feel welcome! Even when it gets busy, you can see that the staff really care about the job and the place and the customers. Everyone has a smile. I’ve never been to a 7-Eleven where everyone has a smile And the touchpad screen is clean for me to put my number into. AnyWho,… Yeah! They are a solid team.

Scammer emptied my account with your location's assistance. Card was in my possession, so there's an electronic pay scheme at work here. You need to vet better before approving these transactions and look for frequent flyers.

This is just another update. Why can't this location get owners who give a s*** about their store. Now this store is run by people that don't know what they are doing. Their register always has hiccups. Half the time I've gone there they don't accept cash. Probably due to the robberies. In that case they should shut down cash sales period. That also means they should shut down lotto sales. They hate doing lotto anyways. As a matter of fact many 7/11's hate doing lotto sales. In fact 7/11's should have their lotto license revoked. This location is out of some of the simplest things.

I was a loyal employee to 711 and the 3rd manger hired during the time i worked there, I put a complaint against him through corporate. Recorded the whole conversation. Ive been in this neighborhood for over 20years . The manager had the nerve to blow up my phone today to intimidate and harass me to not shop at my neighborhood 711. Even left a voicemail. Further proving my complaint in the first place by the current management. Im not the first former employee to put a complaint against this manger . I don't know why he has not been terminated yet.

Lately when I've been ordering from this place, not blaming 7-Eleven, so they need to talk to their drivers. Looks like they threw my order on the tip of the top stairs of my porch and plain sight for people on the street to see. So when I try to grab it it almost fell down the stairs. How hard is it to put people's food down properly and away from site for others to possibly steal.

Terrible service, always making excuses as to why they can’t or won’t do there job. Literally told me to go somewhere else to but my cigarettes because I used a passport for my Id which they claim isn’t a valid form of ID… what a joke of employees

Terrible! I went in to get coffee, & NONE of them were available. They were all empty, there was no coffee coming out at all. This 7/11 is right by the train station. So people are always quickly on the go to head to work/school, etc. So I did not have any time to wait, I wish I did. But I couldn’t miss my train. I usually go in, make my coffee & then just leave. Now I’m heading into work without my good morning coffee. Such a bummer!I would advise getting your coffee at the local coffee shop Weston’s across the street or the Dunkin’ nearby as well. This was very annoying & not the best way to start my day.Very unacceptable!

I work in the area and I usually have pleasant interactions with the staff. However in the past 4/5 months the staff has done an complete 180. Nobody “knows” how to put money in the cash app card, or their manager has to be around to do so when I’ve went in MULTIPLE times with just one person working and they’ve put money on my card with NO ISSUES. This even the young lady working was EXTREMELY unpleasant, but her coworker was nice. I am disappointed once again from this location and why I’ve chose to sparringly shop here, which will not be coming to an end. You’ll have a billion more customers, but I hope they aren’t having this experience.
