I visited this gym as a guest as was given the royal treatment. A trainer engages throughout the workout and makes the it fun and effective. You can't find a more complete workout and it's all done in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this gym. Give it a try. The first workout is free!

9Rounds is a total body workout! The trainers there are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. The workouts are challenging and fun! I highly recommend 9Rounds, especially the South Loop location.

Awesome place for a quick workout! I was greeted by the owner immediately and she was so personable. You can really come at anytime and dont need to sign up for a certain time to start the class. The trainer puts you through various circuits and you just jump right in whenever you're ready. Even though it's a short workout, you still feel like you've accomplished quite a bit. They just dont have any extra free weights on the side to workout with on your own other than doing the circuit. It's great if you want to a solid workout on a time crunch.

Such a great workout! And such incredible trainers. Darren in the West Loop was the best. Super attentive, instructive, and encouraging. Wish the west loop location was here to stay, but hear they've got one in the Southloop so I'll be sure to check that one out. Highly recommend!

I love 9round! 9round is a very complete 30 minutes workout. It fits perfectly with my lifestyle, and I feel great after every single workout. The staff at the South Loop is excellent. I haven't been in a gym with friendly people who make me feel at home and care.

9Round offers a great workout in a short period of time. I love that a coach is always there to help me scale it down to my fitness level, and encourage me throughout the workout. I also appreciate that there are no class times to sign up for— just show up and get to a station, do all 9 station-rounds, and you’re done!

I love 9Round! Every time I go, it's a great workout. As for covid safety, everyone is wearing masks and the trainers sanitize after every person moves from station to station. I love the stations format for a workout - it's a very independent workout that way, and what you get is what you put into it.

I love 9round! Every workout is different, but they are all fun and intense! The trainers are awesome and keep you really motivated and don’t let you slack off! It’s 30 minutes of hard work and fun! I highly recommend checking it out!!
