This place is fantastic. I brought them an impossible problem. My son had purchased a 2004 Mercedes S-Class AMG and then promptly rear ended another car. I was sure, given the purchase price of the car, that it would not be capable of being fixed for a value which would be worth the effort. Our first estimate from another shop confirmed this supposition, asking for more than 80% of the purchase price. A non-starter.
Then a friend recommended A-Carrs.
Max understood the assignment, as the kids say, and immediately began shopping for cheaper parts and gave me a much more palatable quote. He came up with great solutions.
When the mechanic, Bob, who is amazing, took on the work, we hit some challenges. Some of the non-OEM parts were not going to work and/or would not be delivered. Bob stuck with it, and continued to press for solutions which did not terribly increase the price. Ultimately, after many weeks of effort and multiple calls and texts, Bob was able to secure a number of creative solutions to deliver the car at an exceptional price.
I will never go anywhere else for body work on any car. These guys got a customer for life.

Great experience over all. Not only did they take pride in their work and have my car looking new in no time, They also contacted my insurance company and fought for better coverage on procedure. Over all Amazing people and results. 100% recommended !

A-Carr is the real deal and made our major car repair as painless as possible. They did a great job with the work and made final pick-up easy. The owner, Max, personally addressed a couple small questions I had when picking up the car. I’m sure not hoping for any car accidents in my future, but if I do have one I know where to take my car to get fixed up!

Everyone at the shop was great! They were all so friendly and helpful! They fixed my sunroof when it burst. It's been 6 months and I've had no issues. As soon as I picked up my car I went to a car wash to make sure there were no leaks! Will definitely come back in the future if I need too!

We had a wonderful experience with A-Carr. Our car had pretty severe damage and we needed to find a body shop that would be able to give us a high level of repair service. From the moment we brought in the car, they provided us with significant peace of mind that they would be able to fix it. Not only did they fix it but they did it sooner than expected, which we were so grateful for. They were extremely responsive and they made a difficult situation a very seamless experience for us, and we are so appreciative! The owner, Max, was wonderful to work with. A panel on my car dislodged. I thought that I would have to replace it, but Mark looked at it, made and few adjustments without cost and sent me on my way. He also recommended that I not have optional work done because of the cost. He was very cost conscious and looked out for me very well.
