Called ahead to ask if they happened to have CBD/delta products, they kindly answered my question. Then asked if they had a specific brand that I love and they did. Then asked about the price and the female didn’t want to answer that over the phone. Not going to waste my gas to go to a business and not buy anything if I’m not satisfied.

I was told if i perched a dry herb e smoker if I don't like it I can bring it back and get my money back. well that turns out to be False statement by management they will not give you cash back they will exchange the product with no problem for something equal in value

Went on Friday 02/18 to buy a battery for my cart. I asked the lady for one, she handed me one she recommended and paid $20. I went home, charged it, didn’t try using it until night time Saturday, after work, just to realize I was given the wrong size battery. Walked in today 02/20 requesting an exchange because I needed a battery but was told they have a strict 24hr final sale policy. I was never told about this and there is no signs in the store stating this policy. I even requested getting one of lesser value for exchange of my 20$ battery and they refused. I don’t recommend this place and I don’t plan to ever go back

Excellent customer service, I've been there 3 or 4 times and the staff is always helpful. They always answer their phones and any questions you may have. This place is 6 blocks closer to my home as the other tabacco shop I used to go to. Their place is always clean and I enjoy going there for my tabacco. So far they are never out of stock of what I need. I'm going there now and I look forward to my visit.
