Aaron brothers were a joke. First we set the time for 8am they arrived after 9am
2nd. We were moving from a senior 1 bedroom place. Not like a regular 1 bedroom apartment. They gave us a.price of $895. From Chicago to Gary Indiana 43 minutes, I'll even round it to an hour. They had to leave all 3 of them they didnt have sleeves for tv, nor boxes for the bed. That pushed us back even further. Now it's 10:45 am starting working. Now they couldn't get the couch out of the door that took over 40 minutes even my husband told them to turn it yet they professionals. But the elevator had been remodeled and ceiling was lower because of installed light fixtures they couldn't get it on there. No fault of the movers. The security at the desk along with the manager and assistant manager showed us the camera of them loitering after bringing items to van. They were approached didnt like it. When they had to return the couch back in it only took 2 minutes do the math. Finally after 2:17pm were headed off. My son was waiting for them at the house we had to stay and clean up before we moved out. Whe. We get home they still moving after 5. All boxes and items were labeled and a sticker which room and fragile written on the boxes with a fragile sticker and glass. Some of the items they did not take to basement, just put in another room. So the very next morning we looking for our love seat, nowhere in the house we called complained and was said I can't believe that, alleged was said and broken dishes. Then we had to leave out low and behold the loveseat was on the side of the house still wrapped plus other bubble wrappers left by it. Then they just left our expensive bike against the house in the back yard. So now I'm livid cause we are seniors and my husband trying to move the love seat. We called and showed the video of it all. Aaron brothers said we have to investigate. So yes I did use 2 profanity words but I did apologize for that. Charged us an an extra $500+. Total of $1375. They sent someone the next day from another company to bring the love seat in yes from another company. They took my husband review down so he couldn't comment on the service. Iecen had to step in and told them quit milking the clock. Make it so bad when looking at the camera why did it take 2 men to move end table which I picked us by myself. I call this incompetence, unacceptable and just trifling. They didnt even deserve a rating of 1 but we had to push something. They will be hearing from our legal team if nothing is rectified. Use at your own discretion. I wouldn't recommend a doghouse to be moved by them.

The movers were incredible! They quoted me for three hours and was finished in almost one! I was seriously impressed at their thoroughness and organization. Jahari and John work well together and we’re extremely professional. I would recommend Aaron Bro’s moving to anyone in the Chicagoland area that needs clean, quick and efficient movers!

Hello, I am writing this Review on behalf of my 2nd Mom( I. C.) who used Aaron Brothers Moving System Inc, on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025. We both agreed without a doubt that the 3 workers, Luis, Tryce and Dom-They really worked hard and did a phenomenal 👏🏽 fabulous job. Luis who was the lead person, delegated and set a fine example in providing leadership and direction to the younger two guys who did excellent work. All 3 of them were professional, We can't say Enough about them and about the fine moving skills and work they did, Our hat off to them for being and doing a excellent job well done.
Good communication and interacting.
We were in awe on how Luis, took a regular box, cut it and placed it over certain fragile items that kept table glass, tv's etc safe, secure and protected. He made a covering out of the box, we never seen a technique like he did in doing that. Very Skilled.
I.C. the customer would definitely recommend hiring these 3 guys if you need a moving team, 💯 hire them and you will be rest assured that your belongings are in good capable care of hands and service.

Highly recommended and appreciated!!! They booked on short notice, showed up early today and got us moved and stored in less than 7 hours! Louis and his team were so efficient, friendly and hardworking. These young military veterans are amazing 👏 oh and it's reasonably priced in comparison to other Chicago based companies

This crew was awesome! They were polite and friendly. Luis the crew chief was very helpful and his crew did an excellent job moving the big and small stuff . I highly recommend them for any moving . They were help to move me with a day notice!

Three Moves Later and Still the Best Movers in Chicago
Here’s the breakdown:
• 3 hours at $175/hr = $525
• Travel fee (billed at $175/hr) = $87.50
• Shrinkwrap = $45
Total: $657.50
I’ve used Aaron Bros Moving System, Inc. for all three of my Chicago moves, and every time has been worth it. The booking process is smooth and the staff is friendly, but what keeps me coming back is the team of movers. They’re professional, fast, and usually crack a few jokes that make moving day a little less stressful.
Even though I’ve been a repeat customer, I still check around to compare quotes and Aaron Bros continues to be the most affordable. That, along with the consistently great service, makes it an easy decision to stick with them.
My most recent crew included Luis (the lead), Dom, and Tryce. They were efficient, respectful, and really on top of it. After three flawless moves, I can say confidently that this is my go-to moving company in Chicago.
If you want a moving experience that’s reliable, affordable, and smooth from start to finish, this is it.

Jahari, Nate and Johnny were very professional and wonderful to work with. I’m still amazed that they were able to pack me up and move me in only 4 hours. They are a fantastic team and everyone at Aaron Bros headquarters have been amazing (thanks Katie! Thanks Derek and Jeff!). I highly recommend this team.

The guys were so helpful. I can't express how easy they made this move for me. They were in great moods and really thoughtful. Helped in any way they could. The unloading part went so fast. Is They also were the most affordable of 15 places I looked in to. Katie the person who makes the appointment was so helpful and so easy to work with. This is the only place I'll go to from now on if when I move. Great place. And great ppl.

These guys r cheaters. We had to move one bedroom and living room sofa and dining table from very close storage. It took them a short time to move everything but they didn’t have drill to assemble just one bed and dining table. Took extra one and half hr. Top of that had only one screw, so second person was standing, doing nothing.
Movers were very rude. When talked to the guy in the office, he was also very rude.
Don’t use this company, they try to rip you but adding extra time with kind of time they took for assembly.

My family had another positive experience with Aaron Bros. (We used Aaron Bros many years ago. ) We called only a day before necessary move and they were able to accommodate us. They were Friendly & Professional the 3 men crew: Mike, Kenny, Curtis. They were wonderful. They were organized and worked together as a team. They communicated with us throughout the process. We highly recommend Aaron Bros and will call them first should we move again.
