Unprofessional & shady. They cancelled my delivery then told me I canceled it. Then tried to end my agreement without every giving me the merchandise AND kept my first months payment which I'm pretty sure is just stealing. This store is run by a bunch of hot headed morons who wanna argue on the phone with customers then hang up on them and keep their money.If corporate reads this y'all need to clean house at Fullerton. Camille or whatever .... A literal nightmare. How much do you all pay her to condescend curse at and lie to your customers? Then blame the customer for her mistakes? Like I swear I just got gaslit by the Queen Bee of a glorified flea market and I'm not gonna lie it doesn't feel great.

That's crazy how yall can call 20 times a day when a payment is do, but now for the pass 2 days I can't even get a call back, and just today I was put on hold once again for 25 mins and the store closes like f me and I was spending more money. I'm a manager myself and this store in particular probably needs a new one already. Let me know!!!!

Placed an order and they’re giving me the run around for when it’ll arrive. Unprofessional and don’t know how to do business. It’s been 2 weeks no update or nothing when I called the lady hung up and said she’ll call me back. Don’t waste your time.

Mark is the #1 if I could give him 100 stars I will, he orders me anything I need if he leaves the store I might not come back. Thank you Mark for always giving me and my wife the best customer service at aarons.

Classic bait and switch. Mark lies and changes his story in the middle of the transaction. Even when we clearly explained we just arrived in Illinois yesterday and didn’t have a IL ID he said we’d be able to take the items. Then, once my credit is ran he changed his story and said it would be next week before it would be delivered. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent customer service, everything is super clean and organized. They offer me really good coffee. I fill so happy with my decision, I love my couch and the delivery guys were really careful and professional.

My name is Beverly Anderson I paid for bedroom set and end tables in October it’s now December and I still haven’t received end tables. I was told they was in shock but after receiving my money they don’t say they not in shock. 2 months is way too long so I asked for a refund and now I’m told the manager is not in the store to do refund. I see why people run off with the items they do receive because this place is extremely shady. If I don’t receive my refund I’m not paying another dime to this place
