I spoke to the owner on the phone inquiring about a HOTSPOT box, seeing that I lived about a 1/2 hour away I wanted to ensure they had it.
He told me it was prepaid & I would have to pay on it every month. I couldn’t understand why a HOTSPOT box would need a payment plan so he had another associate elaborate.
When I arrived I talk to the other associate & asked for the hotspot box and she said it was a WIFI box, the exact opposite of what I was looking for. She was very rude to me & so I asked can she call the owner who had allegedly stepped out & she said no.
Very poor customer service skills.

I got my phone fix a month agoAnd the week after that my screenWas not working. They have bad customer service and they are not trying to fix the problem at all. Also they refuse to fix my phone

Don’t buy nothing from them. They charged me $130 to fix a phone screen and it went back out and they don’t want to fix it for free or at least half the price I paid before

I went in for screen saver I was told it was 15 dollars by and Arabian employee .But a black employee said it was 8 dollars I was satisfied with the outcome
