You may find better prices, where? I don't know. One thing you won't find is better service. Once you get someone to assist you, they will put all their heads together and help figure it out. Nothing but good things to say. If I need something specific, I skip Home Depot and come here.

I've been coming here off and on for over 20 years but now more often within the last couple of years since we've moved into the area. Everyone from the cashiers to the people that make the keys and especially the person in charge of sharpening the lawn mower blades have been top notch! Very professional, no attitudes, very courteous and overall excellent service!

John, who does the repair on small engines was professional he took the time to tell me and my sister why her pressure washer would cost more to repair than if she bought a new one! He was great, the place was great and his customers service is why so many people were in this store! It was worth the trip from the far South side to come there just for the customers servicce!!

The cashier was pretty rude. No customer service or she just may need to retire. Left window screens here to be repaired and had to call a few weeks after because they forgot to call me.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. On 21APR24, I purchased a Dewalt Orbital Sander with a 20 V Max Power Stack Lithium Ion Compact Battery online. I received an email that it was ready to get picked up. I drove 25 mins and was told the batteries were not in stock. The staff could not figure out who “confirmed” the online purchase. The owner then tried to “remedy” the situation by offering me two opened batteries. I don’t know if the batteries were new, used, returned, refurbished, did they even have warranty??? Why would I accept something I did NOT PAY FOR??? He then doubled down saying the “Ad” says two free batteries which is was he offered me. Again, that is not what I paid for. Horrible experience. Do not recommend. Terrible customer service.
