Giving it 3 stars because it’s super convenient to have a hardware store near by and I do always get what I need to make repairs. However there’s an older man that works there that I can tell is attempting to be helpful but he’s not. Asked where something is and then he went on a whole tangent about what the issue is, suggested something more expensive and unnecessary, assumed I didn’t know how certain things work. Bad customer service but a great store.
