Wasted 2 days...
Day 1 called to ask if they test pool water. They day they do, they do not provide any restrictions to the service. Husband calls at 4pm to confirm. Then gathers water and drives over and he is told the ONLY person who can test only works 12-4:30. Two calls made and this information was not shared. They yell ua to leave the water.
Day 2... didnt get a call so I call them. I am told that they saw the water but dont know ehat happened to it. Then I am told that the testing machine isnt connected to the computer and they dont know how to connect it.
I call the 888 # to let them know and I'm told that there is nothing they can do about it. Then they suggest I go to 3 other stores in my area that offers this service and I tell them ive called those stores and they dont know what im talking about when I ask about it...waste of time.

6/12/25 ACE on NW Hwy. Excellent, superb customer service! Everything you expect and deserve at a business. Don’t take my word. Go there. See for yourself. ACE is the place with the HELPFUL hardware men and women!

I have just left this Ace hardware I will never go back the place is filthy nothing was organised in a plumbing section shopping carts full of merchandise not even put away no one helped me and the employees were sitting on the shelf's talking and did not even acknowledge me

In this location they treat you as if your money was worthless. They are very despotic, they do not greet you or help you and they are very rude. They should understand that the priority for a business is the customers and good treatment and kindness. If you are not kind to the customers, they leave and do not return and the one who loses is the owner of the business, so be more kind, it does not cost you anything.

They had everything I needed to fix a very leaky hot water faucet. Destroyed washer and missing screw that holds the washer.
It is a Sunday and it appears they are short staffed. I had to find the washer and screw myself. The price was definitely right, $2!! They are very friendly.

I tried to go to the neighborhood hardware store to give them business and not go to a Home Depot or Lowe's and the old white man with glasses is extremely stupid or Prejudice or maybe both every time I try to use my rewards card he gives me some excuse I will no longer go and pay for the overpriced items I'd rather deal with the stupidity of Home Depot employees instead of trying to give a Neighborhood Place some business.
