Store employees from guys on the floor to cashier don't seem too interested in helping customers here. They all have seem bothered when you ask them a question, are unhelpful, and very unmotivated. This is based on a few times shopping here and not only myself but other customers, I see trying to get help. It's a shame because we really need a good hardware store in the area and when they close, we'll have to travel much further to get simple things. But there's no hope in a place like this staying around unless they seriously improve their employee attitudes and appreciate their customers.

I used to live in the area and often visited this store. I needed something for my house and figured to stop in . I guess the management has changed, because half the store was dark. Couldn't find any employee to assist me , there was one but he just stared at me without asking if I needed any help..I had to ask him for help , don't think I'm stopping in again.

I recently came to this location since I was in the area and in need of some supplies. Gustavo assisted me as soon as he had a chance and also recommended the best options regarding some of the paint and caulking items I was looking at. Friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

Love Ace hardware but this location is either short staffed or just dnt know but I asked for help after 3rd attempt I got help from the cashier she had to leave from the cash register to come help me because no one else and there were couple employees just walking around look like they were not doing anything till I asked for help
