Over the last couple months, Deejays Ace Hardware on 103rd and Kedzie has gone downhill. The days of walking in and workers asking to assist you are gone. The last theee times I walked into my neighborhood Ace I have workers just look at me and never offer assistance. TERRIBLE customer service, would not recommend!

I just received terrible service from this location. I understand that they were getting ready to close but the guy (bald, short with glasses) who was assisting me was rude, extremely impatient, and talking to me Iike I was stupid. I could tell he's like this no matter what time of day it was. I would never spend my hard earn money at this location.

Purchased a black stone grill in April and now just opened. The silver panel under the grill is hanging and screws are broke in half and none to replace. Called the store and nothing can be done since it was bought in April. I was told to call the blackstone company to replace which in my opinion it is a hassle to deal with. Store should ensure products sold are in good condition.
