I went there due good reviews,but honestly not coming back. The Dr. did not even introduce the 2 students he had there and did not asked me.for authorization from me for that, he say was an Illinois law, so I asked to have only 1 student, but when I signed the paperwork there is a part where says that I can refuse if I don't want and I should be asked first. The Girl did not even wear gloves to pass the tool to scrape. The Dr was not rough but did not even tell me here is this I applied this or introduced this, nothing, he was very upset when I asked him why 2 people were there and who they were? (2 female students) He was rushing so much as his family was waiting for him ,I had to make questions for recommendations etc due my age. Barely time to say we will se when symptoms, I mean I wanted to talk about those symptoms now. The results were sent on a link on a message, no call no nothing from the Dr..about the results. So now, after 3 weeks of that, I will call to clarify something that came on those results. I wouldn't go back and don't recommend if you are looking for a De. that takes time to explain and gives attentionto results

I am thrilled to share my experience with Dr. Adeeb, who performed a fibroid surgery on me at St. Anthony Hospital. From the very first appointment, Dr. Adeeb's professionalism and compassion were evident. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, discuss the surgical options, and answer all my questions, which helped alleviate my anxiety about the procedure.
The surgery itself was nothing short of perfect. Dr. Adeeb’s expertise and skill were apparent throughout, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything went. He utilized the latest techniques, ensuring minimal discomfort and a quick recovery. I experienced very little pain post-surgery and was able to return to my daily activities much sooner than I anticipated.

Don't, please, don't use this doctor. He will misinform you, and suggest the surgeries you don't need. Just check your insurance documents to see how much does he charge for your surgery. Instead tying the tubes, he chopped them off for me, and he let me know about this just before I received the general anesthesia. My body is totally messed up since. But in the paperwork he stated that he thoroughly informed me about the whole process. He did not tell me anything! I trusted him as a professional. Beware, ladies!!

I’ve been visiting Dr. Adeeb since 2019 and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was met with a warm and welcoming environment. I have several issues with how my prenatal appointment went with doctor Alshahrour. One, the doctor took a phone call during my ultrasound. This meant that he used one hand to hold a device inside of my body while he used the other hand to hold his phone. This was unsanitary and gave me intense anxiety about bacterial transfer, not to mention his multitasking resulted in chaotic movements that caused pain to my insides. It was also very unprofessional. The doctor also left the room while I was fully exposed from the waist down, curtains not drawn, leaving my naked body in view of anyone who walked by in the office. I received blood tests without being informed that this would happen, and I did not know the purpose of those blood tests. Very disappointing and anxiety inducing experience. I appreciate the medical student who did her best to provide me with a comfortable, safe and sanitary experience, but the doctor himself did not hold himself to the same standard. Also, the three front desk receptionists ignored me upon entering the building. I do not recommend this office if you are pregnant.

Very kind man, very intelligent. I’m aware he is not a Hispanic man or Spanish, however he was able to speak Spanish with me and my husband so he could understand our pregnancy better.
He probably speaks at least 6 languages fluently.
Every time I have been to his office I have cried (hormones + seeing ultrasounds = tears) and he has treated me with so much compassion.

I went here because of a specific issue I had and got in the same day I called. I want to keep this very short:Dr. Alshahrour, please please please communicate better with your patients. I was expecting a papsmear only. But I also got a pelvic exam and breast exam and was not expecting it. There was no communication after the pap other than "lay back down". When done with the pelvic exam, I asked if I was done. I was told again, "no lay back down I'm going to do a breast exam. Lift your shirt up." There was also 2 med students, 1 male 1 female & I was not made aware of this. The male ended up leaving after I expressed anxiety about it but I almost felt like I couldn't say anything. I sobbed in my car after the appointment. So, I am asking you to please communicate with your patients before you do something. Please. I was in such a vulnerable situation and felt violated but I know that wasn't the intention. At least I hope not.

Dr. Shahrour cares so much about his patients. He sat and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He takes his time with his patients and reassures them. I feel so comfortable coming to Dr. Shahrour with my concerns as i know he will address them in the most professional way.
