Asked this tall, white, black haired, young lady if dressing rooms were available. She said she would be right back and a long time passed- I had to ask another young lady to open the dressing rooms. When I got out the original young lady was on her phone by the register and then started talking to her coworker while I was waiting in line. Disrespectful and RUDE.

The girl who served us is rude, we were inside and it was 5:59 minutes and she didn't let my husband continue looking at the clothes because she was already going to close, knowing that if we were already inside we would pay and we would get terrible service. I won't return.

The store was a mess. The floors were sticky in spots and covered with dirt. The staff was rude and belligerent as usual. The clothes are not of any real quality. They fall apart after a few washings. I don't shop aeropostale anymore. I've only bought a shirt and jeans here. They were on sale as most things are here. That's only reason people shop here is because of the low prices, but they're not so low anymore. I gladly spend more at any other store than to ever shop aeropostale. Especially not this one due to the snotty nosed staff and management. FYI, you work at aeropostale, not SAKS, so lose the egos and arrogance and be polite and decent for once in your lives.

Attentive and helpful store employees. I approached the changing rooms, and forgot Aeropostale usually keeps the doors locked when no one is in there. As soon as I was walking over to a nearby employee to ask them to open the door for me, they were already coming to me and unlocking the door.Some sizes are usually sold out/not in stock, but this is a great location if you want to try a style in person before ordering online. Have seen other customers ask about sizes and the employees can check for a size in the back, too.

The store was messy and there was no help to be found. The manager refused to open more than one fitting room even though there were numerous people waiting to try on clothing. I would understand if she was actually monitoring the rooms which she was not. There was no one opening the doors checking what was being brought in. No thanks I'll shop elsewhere.

The sales associate who is a skinny white girl with brown hair was very rude and disrespectful. She was passive aggressive and sliding bags over to customers in a very rude, hostile, and passive aggressive way. I was minding my business looking at clothes and she came up to me asking if I needed any help and as soon as I was looking at her she gave me a nasty look where she was nodding her head very fast in a very passive aggressive way with a fake smile. When I was paying for my items she was also the cashier and she slid my bag over to me in a hostile and passive aggressive manner. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I will never come back here again.

Have seen better collection of clothes before! The changing rooms also are locked so need to look for help to get them opened when you want to try an outfit

I hadn't gone into an Aeropostale in years. Decided to make an exception today and it was a horrible idea. It was 5:25 and the store closes at 6pm. So we figured we'd take a look and see if anything was worth coming back for another day, since we did acknowledge it was 35 minutes until closing. We barely step one foot in and the cashier shouts from the register in the nastiest tone "just so you know I'm closing the store in 5 minutes". Guess that according to this worker Aeropostale's advertised hours are a lie. So we turn around and leave. There's two other reviews here by POC stating rude and discriminatory treatment in this store. I wouldn't be surprised if that played a role in the way this worker shouted at us and I also wouldn't be surprised if she's the same one mentioned in these other reviews. Thankfully we went to another store, there were more people there, and the workers still told us "let me know if you need any help". We actually bought some items we immediately liked and were out of the mall by 5:45. Thanks, rude employee, for reminding me why I should never shop at Aeropostale, besides the poorly made and out of style clothes.
