We ordered a custom booth in white and oyster gray; what we received was oyster gray and antique yellow w/ strips throughout. UGLY, colors don't even go together. Received conflicting info from customer service w/ no intent throughout to resolve, even when it was clear they made a mistake. Wish we would've seen these reviews before we ordered. Trust me, these reviews are real. Not sure what keeps this company in business. HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. I purchased seating from here for our business. The first order came incorrect ( wrong hight of chair). I kept the order to skip the headache of a return ( and I could use them elsewhere in the facility). The following year I ordered the chairs again... It took three months for the product to arrive and the order arrive INCORRECT A SECOND TIME. I returned the product ( which was a headache) and have been waiting now for TWO MONTHS for a refund.

Worst service ever don't buy furniture from this company. All the staff in the phone are rude as can be. I ordered furniture and I had to keep calling them to get updates. 4 months later they tell me they don't have the barstools and they aren't even trying to meet in the middle to help. No value for customers.

Hands up, I didn't realise this was a wholesale site and tried to order. Website processes my order and takes my money. Then I get a message the following day to say I don't meet minimum order criteria ffs! In the modern age any simple sales website can determine if you've met a minimum. I guess Ai won't be showing up at affordable seating anytime soon!! Ridiculous.

HORRIBLE quality and customer service!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND at all!! They custom built a double sided booth for our coffee shop. They advertise their product for commercial use. The booths took forever to arrive and the cost was extremely high for the products that we ordered. Once we received the booths and after just a year of use we discovered the quality of how they were built was horrible!! They could not even handle daily use which is very important when you are selling something as commercial use!! It actually became a hazard for our customers to sit in so we had to block off that area of our shop which took away from a good chunk of our seating. When contacting them regarding a repair or assistance with the booths. They responded telling us that there is NOTHING they can or will do about it. After going back and forth with them and they continued to tell me they would not do anything about it. We had to make all the repairs ourselves to be able to make them functional again which of course cost us more money!!

Had a few hiccups with delivery but their team worked everything out and I must say the banquet turned out perfect. Been a year now and it's held up great. Exactly what I wanted and the best prices around. Glad I took a chance on them.

We have ordered twice now for furniture for both our indoor dining and outdoor dining sections of our restaurant. Both times the furniture has arrived in great condition and we are supremely happy with the product! I would definitely order from Affordable Seating again in the future.

Excellent chairs and barstools! Excellent service! We were nervous buying these sight unseen- but surpassed our expectations! Base is VERY solid, no “creaking”. The vinyl is very high quality-would never guess it was vinyl.

I work with a lot of companies buying equipment for our school. I found Affordable Seating on the internet when I was searching for quality tables and chairs. Best decision made! The sales department and customer service was top-notch. Great communication on the order and the delivery times. Will definitely purchase from this company again.

We purchased $14k worth of furniture to go around our pool. Within 3 months several pieces began to rust. Affordable Seating said they would not honor their warranty and that rust is something we must fix. Don't buy this furniture if you intend to have it outdoors.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I agree with Maggie G. I had ordered chairs and tabletops in 2021. They were over 4 months late. After installing the tops, they began to warp. They were so bad, customers felt their food would slide off the tables. The chairs had feet that were filled with gravel and scratched my wood floors. I took pictures and forwarded them to Affordable. They refused to admit there was a problem and finally stopped taking my calls and emails. If you read any of theses reviews, do yourself a favor...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

I am so mad at myself for not seeing these reviews before I paid over $23,000 for chairs from this company. Where to start, chairs took over 3 months to arrive, they never had the fabric that is shown on the website, so we had to buy elsewhere and have it shipped. An additional cost... Finally the chairs come...wrong size 17" wide not 22"inches wide, vinyl was completely different than what was on the site. Email, call, email, call...got me nowhere. We had waited to unpack the chairs because they were NOT what we ordered. After getting several emails from Eric, we are basically scr....ed. So we start to unpack, dents, scratches, terrible pack job... The only saving grace is the rest of our properties will not be ordering from Affordable Seating, you shouldn't either!
