I came in because my co worker suggested this store to buy fun clothes for special occasions. I wanted to buy an outfit for a concert and had no idea where to start. One of the store associates approached me and literally was so helpful with picking up pieces through the store. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to buy my outfit for the Blackpink concert. She was so patient and pulled up to 50 pieces of clothing for me to try. I was so happy with her service and plan on coming back. This store is perfect for those sparkly and special occasion outfits!

This store was SO cute!! They had so many cool designs and pieces that are so unique. There was an incredibly helpful worker who showed me all kinds of designs, asked me my style and anything in particular I might be looking for. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but she had short hair and glasses, give her a raise!!! She helped me find everything I needed, and then some!

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your store, which truly brightened my day and lifted my spirits.
Yesterday, I visited with the intention of finding an oversized shirt to help me feel more comfortable in my own skin after a family trip. I was feeling quite down about my appearance, but that all changed thanks to one of your incredible associates, Airel. From the moment she approached me, it was clear that she genuinely cared. Her warmth and understanding made me feel seen and valued, and she quickly presented me with several options that not only fit beautifully but also boosted my confidence immensely.
Airel’s kindness and support transformed my shopping experience into something much more meaningful. I left the store not just with new clothes, but with a renewed sense of self-worth. I can’t thank her enough for the positive impact she had on my day!
I also want to give a shout-out to Akira for providing me with so many great options. I may have gone in planning to spend $30, but I ended up investing $300—and every penny was worth it!
Thank you for fostering such a supportive and uplifting environment in your store. I look forward to returning soon!

Im not sure if Im spelling his name correctly, but I have to give my appreciation for your employee, Antwaughn(so sorry if this is spelled wrong). I came last monday, 3/17, on my birthday to find an outfit for my birthday dinner and he spent so much time finding different outfits for me. I almost gave up because I didn’t like how some of the outfits fit me, but he wouldn’t let me lol. He kept coming back finding different outfits for me to try on. Even shoes and a purse too. Im a very indecisive person, so the fact that he spent so much time helping me find the perfect outfit(along with being patient as well) means a lot. I called the store today to tell him thank you since I didnt get to before I left, however he wasnt there yet. I hope you see this and the message I left was passed along to you as well. Thank you! 💜

I used to like this location but went in the other day and the music was so loud and overpowering that I couldn't really think. It was super busy and I felt like the employees were just running around everywhere super fast not trying to help people. Hard pass.

Took a little walk and came upon this building, went inside, and was automatically greeted, also greeted by Robert very welcoming with joy and comfort asked our names and came back to check on us not only did he remember to check on us but he also remember my name. The best customer service probably in the whole of Chicago itself lol… but thank you Robert for the service and I hope you go far with you’re communication and people skills.

If You need help putting an outfit together, finding accessories or shoes or bags, Go To Kendall! She literally styled everything i liked, understood my vibe, and also put together some outfits i never would have imagined picking out for myself! She is so sweet and super helpful and patient, Thank You so much girl im so happy with my purchases!

Went to your water tower store looking for a gift for my wife and the stylist Emilee helped me and asked such good questions to help guide us to the perfect dress. The stylist very helpful and my wife loved her gift.
