If I set my pickup for between 3:00 and 4:00 don't think it's unreasonable to expect my order to be ready by 4:00 at the absolute latest. I express this to the manager and was given a lame excuse about orders set for pick up at 10:00 taking priority even if the person placing the order didn't show up until 4:00. Why wasn't their order ready at 10:00? Why didn't they start picking my order until 3:50? Why was I given no indication that my order was going to be running late? Why even have pickup time set if you're not going to bother honoring it? I understand being busy in short-staffed, but some communication would have been nice

Quick,easy to shop, foods always fresh. Not much in variety, stock empties quick on some things.

Rude workers. Rushing you to shop while they lug their fork lift carts that take up most of the aisle. 25% empty shelves and overall not a great selection. If you want to fight your way through a store and have a panic attack go to this Aldi. If not check out the one on Belmont or near Elston.

very packed with people (idk what i was expecting on a monday at 4:30) but really had nothing in stock in the freezer sections, couldn’t find anything i came for except milk

This is one of the best grocery stores I have ever been in. They had everything we needed and the staff were friendly. Prices were reasonable. The meat dept. and dairy dept. also large, clean and well stocked.

Thus location never opens on time, it should promptly open at 8:30am. There is always a long line of customers waiting. This is so inconvenient, where’s the staff this is so unprofessional!!!

Had a fairly well stocked store with a good variety of produce, meats, canned goods, dry goods, & frozen foods. Every employee I spoke to was thoughtful and very considerate.

I love Aldi, all the staff are great, and the store is usually clean and well-stocked. There are good prices on most products. I will definitely come back again.

Staff here are very friendly. Milk, vegetables, etc. are lower priced than many other stores in the vicinity. They also have promotions every now and then which makes it even better to shop here.

This particular Aldi is terrible for keeping stocked. Couldn’t get half my list today. No baskets in front is norm. Banana boxes ransacked. Out of whole bean coffee. Chicken shelf completely empty.
