Store Manager Brian was fantastic! Extremely helpful and friendly. I tried using the online chatbot but the answers I got were incorrect and confusing. Very happy I could talk to an actual human. Allen Edmonds quality is excellent. Highly recommend this location.

Disappointing experience as a long time customer. I owned a belt for a few hours before realizing I needed to size up. Was not allowed an exchange by the grumpy salesperson.
Will shop online in the future.

Be very careful about the sales persons here. I bought an expensive pair to try on with the assumption and also clarification by the sales people that it is okay to return it if it doesn't feel right. When I came back to return and even exchange the pair of shoes, the sales person just stated that I could not return the pair because it was 'worn'. The shoe itself was very new and couldn't tell the difference if it was worn or not. It was just because I stepped out of the store that it was considered used. They lied, and I was very unhappy about the customer service. Please beware.

Great store, the staff here was very accommodating and very knowledgeable to every question I had. They helped me pick the right shoes and they even ordered them for me due to not having the size in stock.
Overall fantastic shoe store with great staff and most importantly great shoes.

These shoes absolutely have no match. I bought a pair of boots a while ago for work from here and have only worn them recently to work due to my office being closed for a while. Let me tell you I felt great going to work in the best looking and best feeling boots in the world! One of the only shoes still made in America! I am going to buy a new pair soon at the Lasalle street store in Chicago soon and will post a picture of how good they look!

Heather is top notch, I had a series of problems including a wrong size shoe, missing shipments, and a return. She helped with all that, Allen Edmonds will prob have me as a customer for life with this quality of service!

This is a great, cozy location. Brian is excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. He worked with me to get some discomfort fixed, by getting me into the right size shoe. Will come again and again and again.

This store gave perfect service yesterday (7/21/2020), as I arrived near the end of their weekday hours, but they still took my shoes for a re-craft. The sharp and friendly salesperson named "Chris" really helped me with said re-craft, so I recommend asking for him specifically. I wholeheartedly endorse this brand, and this location provides excellent service for excellent shoes.

I've visited this store 4 times for different occasions and would definitely come back here again. Here's why... The staff is incredibly helpful. I've had the opportunity to work with Chris on finding my fit and a pair of shoes for work. His insight into color combinations and seasonal palates give you a vision of how the shoe will look in your wardrobe. I ended up ordering the Park Avenue! Now they did not have the color I wanted in my size, so I did have to wait for 2 days until I had them. But Chris gave me email updates on tracking info and when the pair finally arrived. I was stoked to finally wear my pair! Now Allen Edmonds are NOT CHEAP. It goes without saying that some men consider these shoes a "luxury" and can't fathom spending more than $100 on shoes. That's perfectly fine. Places like DSW or Famous Footwear will take care of you. But don't act surprised when you have to replace that same shoe within 6 months to a year. You have to see these shoes as an investment, you take care of them, they'll take care of you. For those that want new Allen Edmonds but can not afford the sticker price, I recommend you wait for the Independence (in July) or Rediscover America (in October) sales. If you can't wait, try coming into the store and asking about purchasing factory seconds. Now most of these shoes have minor cosmetic flaws, like a dent in sole stitching or a small blemish. Most times the seconds don't even have visible defects. You can't see these shoes online, so you do gamble a bit on what, if any, blemish the shoe has. But for the price, it's a gamble that myself and others have won :)
