Breakfast with Santa isn't worth the price. We had a 10:30 reservation, and at 11:00, Santa left and they took the food down. By the time the kids got settled, filled out their Xmas list and waited to see Santa, we barely had time for one attempt at the buffet. 20% gratuity was automatically applied which is normally fine, but it's a buffet and we were rushed out after 30mins so the server only dropped off some OJ's for the kids. Ambiance is beautiful.

I was really disappointed. Our reservation for Santa breakfast was at 1030. The buffet closed at 11. There's was much left and because it was close to 11 it wasn't being replenished. The hot chocolate was cold. Whip cream was out. Hardly anything on the carving board. Not worth $60 per adult.

We visited Alma at The Zachary for the Breakfast with Santa event, and the whole experience was genuinely memorable. The atmosphere hit that perfect balance of festive and relaxed, and with the snow falling outside it honestly felt like we walked straight into a Christmas storybook. The room was decorated beautifully, the music and energy were cheerful, and the kids were absolutely lit up the moment Santa came in. What we appreciated most was that we never felt rushed. We could take our time, enjoy our food, let the kids soak in the moment, and just be present as a family. Santa spent time with them, chatted, took pictures, and really made them feel seen. It was sweet watching them talk to him like it was the most important conversation in the world. For us, that made the morning feel special. The staff was friendly, patient with families, and kept things moving without making it feel like anyone needed to hurry or clear out. We were able to sit and relax while the snow came down outside and it gave the whole morning this cozy, magical feel that is honestly hard to recreate. It was a great experience and one we'll remember. The kids left happy and full of excitement, and we walked out feeling like we got exactly what we hoped for from a Christmas outing. We would absolutely return for another holiday event.

It was lovely and quiet as well as festive. They were out of two items that we ordered but the rest of the food was good.

At least three items we ordered were out, and it was 5 pm on a Friday night. Food was over seasoned. Very disappointing.

Wonderful appetizers and delicious drinks. We would absolutely come back. . JeNne, the bartender could not have been nicer. We really appreciated it and had a great time.

Excellent hospitality. Both our server, and the manager (I believe Jack), showed impressive levels of professionalism and hospitality. Highly recommend this place - we will be back! Well run, clean, and great food!

Our server, Amir, was welcoming and attentive. He also made sure to include our 6 year old in the experience, we had a great time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An incredible experience at Alma inside Hotel Zachary! We went for their Sunday Afternoon Tea (available on select non-game day Sundays) and it was absolutely amazing! The space is chic and stylish, and you can't beat the iconic views of Wrigley Field—such a unique and beautiful setting for tea. We were welcomed with a glass of sparkling rosé, followed by a delicious pot of tea—I chose the Mallorca Melon, which was light, fruity, and perfect for summer. The tea selection changes seasonally, which makes me excited to come back and try something new! The food was just as impressive: a beautifully presented spread of fresh pastries, sandwiches, and desserts, all of which were super flavorful and clearly made with care. Huge shoutout to our server, Amir—he was outstanding! Friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend Alma for anyone looking for a special afternoon out in Wrigleyville!

Great service & atmosphere before a Cubs game. Our group of 8 shared a variety of items and enjoyed all - especially the chimmichuri steak and the crispy cauliflower. Only negative- we thought the DJ music was too loud - it was hard to have conversation even thought we were seated quite a bit away from it. Will be back!

The tea was great and the food was also very nice, except the popcorn was a bit ridiculous. Very much felt like they were filling the top of the tower with the cheapest thing they felt they could get away with

Outdoor dining overlooking Wrigley Field and Gallagher Way. Shareable entrees make for a relaxed dining experience. Bar selections are top notch. Staff is friendly, attentive, and willing to meet dietary changes to menu items.

We had an outdoor patio table on an absolutely gorgeous August evening before a concert at Wrigley. Everything about the experience was perfect!! It was packed & extremely noisy inside the restaurant, but the patio was great. Food was fantastic! We had the feta fries, calamari & burger sliders. Drinks are pricey but it's Chicago so totally expected that. Alma is a gem!

The atmosphere is very cool, the location is top-notch! It gets so crowded before shows, the servers, bartenders & kitchen seemed very overwhelmed and understaffed. We had a reservation for 8 and were squeezed in with another existing party awkwardly at the same table. Drinks, food & basic service took an Extremely long time.

My friends that live near Wrigley recommended Alma for pre-concert food/drinks. Great atmosphere, service, bar cocktails were outstanding and yummy appetizers. We are going to Pearl Jam again Saturday night, tried to get another reso but they are booked.
