This is the second time we have been in Chicago and turned to Alphagraphics for help with our printing needs for our event. Since we are coming in from out of town, it is great to know that we will have a high quality product ready for delivery upon our arrival. It is one less thing to stress about. Excellent, friendly, professional, and fast service. I was going to be visiting Chicago for a few days, and wanted to have business cards to share while I was there. I placed a last-minute online order that I could pick up when my flight arrived. Destiney was quick to email me, a few times, to ensure that my order was correct. And I love the finished product.

I ordered a life size cut out for my sister's birthday. The picture was very old so I was worried it would be blurry but it turned out fabulous! Their team also added a little bit of photoshop magic. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

This review is hard to rate appropriately. I have just had such a mixed experience with AlphaGraphics Chicago North. First, the sales coordination part of the process was FLAWLESS. Lexi was an absolute DREAM to work with. She was prompt to respond and was incredibly knowledgable. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. And if she were the only aspect of my experience, I would never source signage from anywhere else in Chicago. I also found the pricing to be very affordable. Such a rarity these days, and in downtown Chicago no less.Unfortunately, the installation process was a bit of a nightmare. The installer was scheduled to arrive at 2:00pm on a Friday to install elevator door clings and column wraps, as well as deliver some backdrops and pop-ups. He arrived at almost 8:00pm, with zero communication about the mega delay. He did not appear to have a clue as to what he was doing, despite having had phone calls with Lexi prior to install, and having detailed notes with images. He made it through 3 out of 6 elevator door clings, which he installed incorrectly even though we discussed placement just prior, and finally left at almost 11:00pm that night. He had to return, with assistance, thankfully, the next morning to correct his mistake and finish install. I don't know what happened there, or where the ball was dropped, but the whole experience was so incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.Thankfully, everything worked out in the end, thanks to our hotel contacts and Lexi who SAVED the day. She is a gem. And the end results were fabulous- excellent quality products for such a fair price.We will host our event in Chicago again next year, and if I can be assured of a different installer, I will absolutely work with AlphaGraphics again. But also only if Lexi is my contact.If ownership or management reads this, Lexi deserves a spot bonus for this one!
