Amazon go

I’ve done multiple amazon returns at this store and every time is worse than the last. The same guy, who works the afternoon shift, is so incredibly rude. He never says a word, just stares at me, even though I always politely great him. He literally just looks at me until I show him the barcode. It’s really strange behavior. I’ve never experienced “customer service” where the service worker straight up won’t talk until you ask a question.
He clearly hates his job. Amazon, hire someone that’s nicer.

Don't go, it is a trap, poor technology, I went for the first time to explore the store at lunch time, stayed 5 minutes and out without buying anything, after one hour I received an email from amazon with a receipt of 5$ for a sandwich!! of course called and money refunded, but I don't have time to do that everyday if I am going to have a lunch item!, it's not worth it, they have to use more smart technology

Open your Amazon App, look for in store code under the search bar. It's a mini pit spot similar to a 7-11 or gas station. Hot my coffee for $1 on Monday. Your app knows what you buy as you walk out. No need to scan anything. You will receive a receipt in 10 minutes after you leave.

Quick and gets the job done. No complaints really. I got an energy drink, a pickle, beef jerky, and an adult lunchable and left and trusted that I was charged correctly. I got my receipt around 15 minutes after leaving and everything was correct/=. It's a new concept to me, but it works.

This place is really cool - no need for an employee to work this location (they are in the back, though, for assistance). You would enter through the security/non-gated barrier and then check out with using the Amazon app. Pretty much a convenience store.

The absolute worst pizza I have ever eaten at a restaurant. I have bought better frozen pizza at dollar general. But the people are nice and the inside of the place looks cool.

I went to the Grand Opening, April 6 at the 420 South Clark St. Location..along with one of my cousins...our first time ever eating at a S2 Express grill restaurant and we ordered the Catfish dinner with broccoli and rice and it was so delicious, I saved part of it to the next day because I got full and I've never had fish to still be so fresh the next day! I wish I had ordered an extra catfish dinner to go. I will be going back very soon & Will be telling others how awesome this place is.....The downtown vibe was nice, the staff were polite & patient....and I got my food in a timely manner, you can order your food on the go or you can dine in. I also had a dessert which was really good. If you are ever in the downtown Chicago area....this is definitely the place to go to for a great variety of delicious food & desserts. My cousin and I are Happy Customers.

Scan your Amazon Go app to enter then grab your items and leave. Simple as that. Wide variety of healthy options. Prices are more affordable than other nearby stores.
