This location has really gone downhill over the past few years. The entire theater smelled musty during my visit yesterday, and the overall upkeep seems neglected. It wasn’t always like this, which makes it even more disappointing.

I was able to request fresh popcorn and was not made to feel like a problem. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My first time here to see the opening of the new Jurassic movie in 3D. The staff we're all friendly. You take two very long escalators up to I guess the fourth floor to enter the movie theaters. I've never been to a movie theater in a high-rise. It's very cool!
One thing I really like in addition to the bar is that you can get things like Powerade, in all the flavors, which I have never seen at a cinema before. I'm not a big fan of carbonated drinks. So, this is a fantastic alternative that I really like.
In addition at the bar they have quality names such as Kenwood Jackson chardonnay. I haven't found this at other theaters. Many other theaters just have cheap canned wine. You're at this location they pour directly from the bottle and I love it.
The sound system is stunning! The recliners are amazing and the screens are huge. We will be back often!!

The male employee that checked me in around 7:30 on August 23rd was so rude, never have I ever been checked ID at a movie theater and when I didn’t have my id I pulled out my college one and it did not work, ik it’s policy but I’ve been to AMCs and for sure look over 17. Just wanted to complain about this employee because the situation was seriously upsetting me because if I didn’t have a photo of a id with my birthday I wouldn’t have been let in. I get that there are people who go to college under 17 but seriously? Especially when I was with someone else that had an ID and looks even younger than me that’s the same age.

Watched an unseen mystery movie here. The layout of this building is a bit confusing but pretty cool once you make it inside. One thing that really bothered me was the really bright exit lights in the back of the theater lit up on the screen which compromised some of the quality of the movie.

This was my first time coming to this specific AMC and it's definitely worth it and surprisingly more affordable verse other AMC I'll for sure be going again soon!

Nice theater! Enough stairs to get your steps in, if you don't take the escalator.

Do not go to this theatre until they fix the escalator. You are trapped after the movie! We have enjoyed this theatre in the past but lately the escalator needed to exit the building has been broken. In this city, that is very common, and we are used to walking up and down escalators often. However, we were routed toward an elevator after the movie - it was a small elevator and the line was all the way down a hallway and spilling into the lobby area. There was a sign that said “stairs” in the main concession area, so a large crowd of us went back to use those and were told they were not open to the public. By this time several movies had let out and there were a LOT of people trying to leave but trapped because we just needed to go down one level and the escalator was blocked off (they didn’t want us to walk down). The only option to exit was the elevator line and it would have taken about 30ish mins to finally get on and each car was packed to uncomfortable capacity. We had not planned on it taking us that long to exit the theatre! Finally, one of the employees removed the barrier to let us all exit by walking down the escalator (like we do everyday in Chicago) The person behind the main counter did not approve of this and I think the barrier was soon put back in place, but the 10 second walk down the escalator that simply wasn’t moving saved us a VERY long wait for the elevator. We will not be returning. It’s a longer walk to the other AMC but worth it to be able to exit after your movie without this ordeal.

Not clean. The sound is average. The theater is not maintained properly. Escalators were not working and the single elevator was packed.

Theaters aren’t as great as the AMC in Streeterville. Also, they don’t close the doors and you can hear the movies from other auditoriums seeping through. Where is management at this location??
