Excellent cinema and atmosphere. Reclining seats, table in each seat for quick snacks and small rooms. The lights weren't all turned off in our room like the others, which made it a bit difficult to watch the film. The delivery service for snacks and drinks could be faster.

Clean, nice reclining seats, big screen. A variety of movies playing had no problem reserving seats online. Great evening at the movies in Chicago. Very safe area.

Had a late night viewing of Insidious here and we had a good time. We bought our tickets online and we were surprised when each ticket came out to be $23 each. Not including snacks or anything extra - just the movie ticket. We arrived about 20 minutes before the movie started and the lobby was fairly empty. The employee was nice and scanned us in right away. We then headed to the kiosk and purchased popcorn, tenders, and a drink. Paid about $30 for snacks. Once inside the theater room we sat down and the seats were very comfy. My food slowly started coming out and we dug in. The popcorn and tenders were both really good. The French fries were also good, they were hot and crispy. The movie was great but people were being loud for no reason which was super annoying. I'm not sure why grown people think its ok for them to add their own sound effects... We were too scared to say anything to them because we were in Chicago after all...

For "movie theatre food" the food was pretty good. I ordered the chicken tenders, they were cooked fresh, it was juicy, and the fries were crunchy and flavorful. The movie seats were comfy, but the theatre itself was pretty small. No complaints, really solid, but pretty expensive for compared to other luxury theatres in the area.

Employees were harboring a homeless man and allowing him to remain in the theater after he was smoking and disrupting everyone during the entire movie.

Clean and cozy and food if you want to dine in. Love the seats! Almost zero gravity and you can adjust anytime w controls on the left side of the chair. If you want to eat while the movie is going on you can. There are assigned seats so there is no confusion. All is organized after buying the tickets. There's a concession area to buy snacks including popcorn ofc. The bathrooms are clean and it's inside a mall and condo building that has a lot of attractions like a rock climbing gym and stores like Zara. You will be able to enjoy the mall both before and after the movie! Great place to enjoy !

Wack.Seats were okay. Leather reclining seats, not heated, but redlines far back; has a table for concessions.Atmosphere was W A C K. The lights do not dim to black; they just dim to a "comfortable" level to see your food. Good luck getting immersed in your movie. Lights were too bright, "EXIT" sign was blaring - but that can be forgiven.Food was fine, no buttering station. Food could be delivered to seats, but be mindful - the auditorium is TINY. Any footstep, crackle of wrapper, sip of drink, could be heard. The employees bringing in the food tried to be hasty to get out of the way but it was just all too distracting inside the tiny auditorium.Sound was mid. The sound coming outside of the auditorium was way too distracting; I kept wondering if the door was even closed. It was, but it also made me think the sound proofing was terrible then.Screen was good. What was not good, was the FLICKERING OF THE SCREEN IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE MOVIE I WAS WATCHING. No - really, as soon as the second act of the movie I was watching started, there was a non-stop subtle flickering of the film that did not go away afterwards.tl;drGo somewhere else

Had a great time watching Avatar 3D. Got chocolate almonds, chicken nachos, and a couple cocktails. Loved the chairs, food, and drinks!

I haven't been to the movies in a while and after yesterdays experience, I don't think I'll be going back (Like at all at-least to this location)To start off, they have no public bathrooms . If it's after 8 and the mall is closed, then you are shit out of luck cause there is literally no bathroom in the whole building (only option is to walk across the street to macys). Lights remained weirdly on during the whole show. Ordered a coke, it was $7 which I guess is fine for the theatre's but no Icee? Overall the place was very off putting. I would rather just watch a movie at home. $20 tickets $7 drinks and no bathrooms + lights on? No, thank you.
