I never received the mattresses I purchased. I was told I would receive updates multiple times. I was told I would receive a discount for the delay. I received none of this. I was forced to follow up multiple times and finally cancelled my order out of frustration.

They told me my mattress would be delivered within a week, but when a week went by and I hadn’t heard from anyone I called customer service and I was informed it would take a whole extra week… in the meantime I’m stuck sleeping on an air mattress.
